Re: Liverpool Thread(I Just Can't Get Enough!!)
Have to agree with Younggun (doesn't happen often

) except for the Spurs comment. From what I have read, not qualifying means they will have to be very frugall and might need to sell.
Squad wise the club (atm, depends also on the summer) is a 5th/6th place team. They are performing great atm, but lasting a whole season is another matter. And the (lack of) pressure has been mentioned before, it's all very well doing great when there aren't any expectations but starting a season with the expectation that the team will finish in CL places is another matter. I do think Kenny can easily deal with it though, not sure about most of the young/new players.
But as shown this season, the difference between 6th and 4th, and possibly 3rd is very small. The fluctuations have been huge this season, so using that as a base, and the expectation that the clubs will be closer next season(atleast 2nd to 6th imo) means that the margin between being a 6th place team and a 4th place team is very small. It just depends on how negative or positive you are and which position you aim for
@ Gerd,
Yeah didn't add Arsenal as I expect them to be doing precisely what they have been doing the past 5 years, looking good and challenging for 3rd/4th, with Wenger continuing to not adress the problems in the team/squad. If he does fix those issue's with some good signings I think they will be 2nd/3rd place challengers....I still think his mentality, and the effect that has on the players means they won't get that toughness/steel to win the league.
And Chelsea....I'm not sure, it really depends on fitness with them. I think the chances of more injuries is only going to increase so I can see them either sustaining their current level or regressing, assuming Roman doesn't go and spend another 150mil on players.
