Just to clarify, I don't like to see players injured normally, far from it. I remember Alan Smith breaking his leg playing for Utd against us and, even though I don't like him or Utd, I felt bad for the guy.

But Fellaini is one dirty player anyway and he's got a reputation already for being a thug throwing elbows around and generally being dirty. Before he got injured, he'd elbowed Lucas and then kicked Kuyt in the face while he was down on the ground. Both players had marking from these "tackles", and then he stomps on Kyrgiakos who then needed stitches from Fellaini landing on his shin.

So yeah, karma is a bitch. I wouldn't even wish a long injury on Ronaldo really but someone like Fellaini who is a blatant thug, I can accept that. If that makes me evil/cruel/wicked/unhuman, then oh well :)

Fellaini should alter the way he plays, i agree with that.
But i don't think he's a dirtier player than (for exapmle) Saint Jamie Carragher. I could voice my honest opinion about Carragher, but that would only lead to big trouble in this thread.

And i never ever like to see players injured...not even players i absolutely despise like both Ronaldo's...

I don't think Liverpool have to learn any lessons to other teams about fair play. I still remeber the match in Liverpool against Standard Liège. Liverpool where in trouble and refused to give the ball back after a Standard player was injured. And the most recent derby against Everton was a war because both teams made a war of it...the first brutal tackle was by Jamie Carragher...but if a player of your own team does something like that, it is professional...it becomes dangerous orunfair if other teams' players do it.
I'm pretty sure that causing a war instead of a football match was the onlky way Liverpool could win the derby, because Everton (and Fellaini) were in much better form than Liverpool.

Of course Everton were stupid enough to play to let themselves trapped, so there is no doubt that Liverpool deserved the victory in a match that was not a football match.

Actually the first "brutal" tackle was by Pienaar, that's why Carragher went at him like he did. But nevermind.

In defense of Liverpool, last season the FA introduced the protocol that play should carry on unless the ref stops the game. With the amount of feigning of injury I think it's a good introduction. However lately you end up seeing the injured team carry-on attacking and when it breaks down they try to claim they stopped play. But evenso, not stopping because a player "might" be injured is fine by me. After all the players usually see whether the injury is bad and if so kick the ball out anyway.

Atleast it stops those damn foreigners wasting time!

And as for Everton, it's always been about them "fighting" to combat Liverpools higher level of skill. It's just that this season Liverpool will excel when battling instead of playing, and that in a derby with a team that is physical anyway meant we got a great War of a match. I loved it tbh.

Wel tiktik, i must admit that i also love controversial matches, in the last WC, the match i liked most was Australia-Croatia.

About Liverpool.Standard: when one of his team mates was injured a Standard player kicked the ball out. Liverpool did not return it...Standard"s manager was furious about it, and so was i...but of course i'm biased because i wanted Standard to win.

About Everton: don't underestimate them, they are a very, very good team. Moyes has done a splendid job with relatively few financial means.

Mascherano is a much better example, gerd.

I remember him getting away with elbowing one of the Leeds players this season.

I swear United fans watch our matches more than their own. They always seem to have seen every incident and can judge our players so well because they've seen them play so much :LOL:

Funny that you found that out by actually visiting a Liverpool forum though, something not many Liverpool fans would do is visit Everton or United forums.

Honestly, your interest in Liverpool is VERY curious. Not as bad as Everton fans keeping such an eye on us that they'd rather see us lose games than them win but it's still interesting that a lot of the United fans in here seem to watch so many Liverpool games.

Well people who like football watch football matches, regardless of it there team is involved or not.

I know watching football and watching Liverpool isn't always the same thing though.

Guess you'd have a point if it was a one-off, although I distinctly remember a thread about our 7-1 win over Roma being over 40 pages and getting deleted eventually.

Hehe, the funniest thing is I don't have to visit RAWK to see the grandeurs of delusion that some of the fans come up with.

The level of stupidity on there is dedicated to its own thread on RedCafe, a United forum that has a decent percentage of Liverpool and in general opposition fans registered on it.

Curious? I watched a lot of Liverpool during early last year because they played some great attacking football, although these days it's hard to get through one of your matches without getting bored, although it's obviously curious for someone like me, first and foremost a football fan, to be interested in watching football.

I think the fact it was deleted shows what kind of embarassing light it put Liverpool fans in.

Although it's not surprising, this is the same forum that issued bans to people who argued Fletcher's red card against Arsenal last season was a wrong decision.

It honestly seems to me that the main reason United fans come in here is for trolling and taking the piss. It's a bit ridiculous really and, while not at the level of Plan M, it's pretty annoying and pisses a lot of Liverpool fans off (apart from Tik who doesn't seem to be anything but happy regardless of what happens in life).

I just think if you've got nothing worthwhile to say in here, why bother? Unless it is to wind Liverpool fans up. And if that's what your aim is, aren't you getting a bit old for that?

Perfect example. Although YG isn't as much of a WUM as some people seem to be so it's not too bad to see the odd comment now and then. But when you can't really go one or two pages without seeing a United fan giving it loads in here, it's not just the odd comment then is it.

Or maybe the article meant FM under its old name "CM" (the game by Sports Interactive) which is far superior and I heard Glenny is actually a fan of awhile back! :BOP: If he's really playing CM though rather than FM these days, I've lost all respect for him... :P

I don't know, most of the time I post in here, I'll bring up valid points rather than WUMs.

And even if I do joke or have a dig, it's light-hearted more than anything, I'll give a little stick but be ready take some in return of course.

Seems like you've never gotten over the stupidity of Plan M and the rest of us are tarnished because of that prick.
