Don't know why you bother with Bitter4Life.

He said he could only see one team from Merseyside in a European tournament after the round of 16, and that would be Everton. Everton were thrown out, we beat Inter 3-0 on aggregate.

Then he said he couldn't see us beating Arsenal over the 2 legs. We beat them 5-3.

So far, he's been spot on ;)

This is horrible. Last time I was this jittery was the day of the Instanbul match. I was quite confident against Milan the second time and didn't suffer from nerves at all.

But this is like Istanbul all over again. I'm not confident we'll go through but I'm not losing my belief that I know we can do it, we have the players to do it, but something tells me we just won't be able to do it :(

I do think we'll need more than one goal. I can see Chelsea scoring two due to us having to attack and leaving space, so we NEED two goals I think.

Urgh, I feel sick :(

I hate that feeling on match days and gets worse as you approach kick off then switches to tension as the battle begins, like last nights game its gonna be tight, chelsea just edge it because of the away goal, who is to say liverpool wont score at the bridge.

I am absolutely shitting myself. Honestly, I don't think we can go through, but you never know with this lot. Time and time again, they've surprised (shocked stunned etc etc) me so there's a little part of me that believes we will do it.

Doesn't help when we're facing United in the final if we go through :(

to be honest its the final the neutral wants manchester united v`s liverpool!

Will be the biggest club cup final ever! The biggest game next to thw world cup final it self, we nearly had this final last year! but chelsea in the way this year.

Well, a few hours to go.

I have mentally prepared myself for Liverpool going out. Chelsea have the away goal, they're at home, we have never scored their under Rafa, and Chelsea will set up defensively to prevent the goal (and they are good at that). BUT, there's that small part of me that feels we will do it again.

PLEASE, PLEASE Mr. Benitez, pull out another miracle! Another special European night!

And PLEASE STEVEN! Turn up!

Pub for me tonight. Everytime my mate used to watch the footy with me, Liverpool got beat. That jinx was broken for the second leg of the Arsenal game so I'm hoping it's still broken tonight.

Nervous as fuck :(

B4L no no I didn't say it's going to be in Chel's or our way. I dunno about ref's these days, only a selected few that has consistently given a good refereeing game lately, especially in the EPL. I just just hope this one ends not because of a single bad call by the ref.

Hah yeah I'm not too nervous, just see how it pans out.

Not looking forward to this one bit.........and after lastnights result I would rather go out today then lose the final :(

Saying that, If we do get through it could be the best way to get rid of the mental block, manu will hopefully be a bit tired having to still go full out in the league and they arent looking to good atm either with tiredness setting in.

Oh well, let's see if we make it through today first.

Theres some thing about Liverpool that they always do well in CL and so i think its going to be 2-2. The Stamford Bridge record will be maintained but u guys will still go ahead.
