Liverpool Thread

Re: Liverpool Thread

Gosh, feeling sorry for Alonso being in Limbo now. Well, a LOTS-OF-CASH limbo to be honest :)

Re: Liverpool Thread

I don't think he's ever said that has he? In fact hasn't he just said in an interview that he always hoped to play for United/Ferguson?

Re: Liverpool Thread

I hope you guys make Owen life impossible Saturday 31 October, when we play against United. I cant wish him to break a knee, because he is already broken.

Re: Liverpool Thread

You lot sound awfully bitter, Where did you get that Owen wanted to come back to Liverpool?

Re: Liverpool Thread

From someone on RAWK who is known to have a VERY good source and has given information loads of times way before anyone else gets wind of it.

Since then the press has got a hold of that as well.

http://goal.com/en/news/9/england/2...-owen-would-have-taken-huge-pay-cut-to-rejoin

http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/spo...-behalf-to-force-an-Anfield-intervention.html

Chris Bascombe used to work for the Liverpool Echo and was quite close to the Liverpool staff with some good sources in the game as well.

Re: Liverpool Thread

Goal.com? So basically someone from RAWK (Known to have delusional posters) claims Owen wanted to join Liverpool.

Doesn't really convince me but ok.

Re: Liverpool Thread

This someone has proven MANY times that he has excellent sources and has given info MANY times before the news leaked to the press. And I've already explained about the NOTW reporter who has published the story, and his credentials.

But it didn't matter what source I gave you, you'd have refuted anything I said anyway obviously.

Re: Liverpool Thread

That would be telling Daz , wouldnt it.
Red Cafe's gone into meltdown since the Owen signing, the mod's probably deleting all the posts calling him a snidey little scouse cunt before last Friday.

Not really Dags? Ive always found it cringeworthy when people claim to be "ITKs". What other info has he given out? Not great to use NOTW reporters either, didn't they make a whole fake Ronaldo interview with fake quotes.

Re: Liverpool Thread

Gedo has been known to be correct with plenty of tranfer news, Abhishek would probably know more though.

NOTW or not, Bascombe used to work for the Liverpool Echo and has close links to the club and Benitez. But you chose to ignore that bit on my last post so nevermind ;)

Re: Liverpool Thread

I've got a couple of my best mates who are always on RAWK, Season ticket holders and did both your CL finals. So I check in every now and then to see what they're calling us this week...There's some seriously militant lads on there. They're boycotting something every week:RANT:

 Hopefully its back up in a few hours

Re: Liverpool Thread

Of course Owen wanted to come back, he wanted to go to any big club that would get him back into the England squad. Liverpool would, United definately will.

Re: Liverpool Thread

Owen takes always the worst decision. He leaved us and then we won the Champions, then he leaved Real Madrid and Madrid won to leagues and now he prefered to go to Manchester rather than winning the Premier League with us.

17.10 Liverpool duo Jay Spearing and Stephen Darby have agreed new deals, skysports.com understands.

Re: Liverpool Thread

The perfect book for when you've just signed Michael Owen instead of Karim Benzema ;)

Re: Liverpool Thread

Edit: :LMAO: Searched for a book about knees and found:

Re: Liverpool Thread

Just spent 10 minutes searching for a book called 'You Haven't Won The League For 20 Years' by R.C Bitters, but it seems there isn't one. :D

Re: Liverpool Thread

How more is going to be the image of Owen at the entrance of the stadium when he won the Uefa ?

Jumbo_, why dont you read a book called "I replace Cristiano Ronaldo with Valencia and Karim Benzema with Michael Owen"
