Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

i finally got league 1 back on my tele, this weekend i get lille vs valliences and psg vs nancy, which game is better?

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

hmm everyone knows what I would pick, Lille starting to get some good football going and it is a northern derby, but Nancy and PSG could be good too.

What station is Lille on, only seen 1 full game this season so far, need more

EDIT:

Just checked Setanta's listings and they are showing Lille v Valenciennes at midnight at Saturday then PSG v Nancy on the Sunday so should get to see both, will avoid the lille score on the saturday for the live experience

ALLEZ LOSC!!!

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

owngoal by abardonado...ahh, i miss him :(

And what a lovely own goal it was, was a poor game in Lille on Saturday, Lille's play in defence and midfield was good, but near the box it fell apart, Tulio failed to hold up most of the balls to him and the moves broke down.

Obraniak, Mavuba and Balmont played well, and it was the first full game I've seen Chedjou and he impressed.

Some positive signs from Garcia, up to 6th in the table, Long way to go though

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

Ben Arfa = Awesome game tonight!!

Referee has put in one of the worst displays I have ever seen.. Guy doesnt realise the Yellow card is there for a reason so use it!!

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

The referees were terrible that they gave a goal for Valenciennes and kept them in the game. Luckily Marseille was strong enough to keept the 3 pts.

There should have been a pk for Marseille too and Niang is always offside when he is not. We are cursed with bad referee decisions. All decisions are against us, and never for Marseille.

Marseille should have won 0-6 easily, Valenciennes is the weakest team I've seen in years : no spirit, no plays, nada.

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

nice to see Gourcuff playing well. Went to AC Milan too early but good to see him back in france and playing first team football.

Why was Ben Arfa left out tonight? Never got off the bench, did something happen in the week? I never heard anything so was very suprised he was left out tonight.

Marseille defence still all over the place, Zubar has been poor but I dont like Cana playing at CB.

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

It was perfect until the referee missed a penalty, again.
You can speak all you want about the defense but at 3-1 it was over. Paris scored on 2 FK and when Marseille was 10 on the pitch. It's bad luck, not football.

Re: Ligue 1 - 08/09

That deferat against PSG must hurt in Marseille...
I think Le mans are absolutely amazing...with all the players that left them, they once again have a very good team...the two Norvegians are among the best transfers in France this season.

excuse but when a defense take 4 goals you can't cry for a "penalty". And for your information even Niang and Marseille didn't complain about this "penalty".
MArseille lost because Paris played better, or because Paris scored the 4 offensives that they had, or because Marseille did'nt score their offensive, but Marseille didn't lose because of this "penalty"!
And excuse me again but the referee will not stop the game because a player is injured. Hilton wanted to lose time by acting like if he was hurt. He played and he lost! it is not the first time and certainly not the last time that a team will score a goal while a player is out with the doctors taking care of him. Marseille are not Martyrs!

Of course it's football!!when referee made mistakes it 's part of football, when a player he's injured and go out it's part of football, when you're team can't score to kill the game it's part of football, blame your team not lady luck...
