In the Fantasista mode (which seems like a laugh actually), if you're not picked, do you have to watch the entire match regardless?

Don't see the fun in that - I know you could come on as a sub but they could fast-forward the game until then, otherwise you could be sitting watching the CPU play the CPU for an hour straight before you're picked!!

I'm not sure, but I think you are informed about being picked for the team or not (16 or so players), and choose to watch the game or not. If you do watch the game, you can put it in "Benny Hill speed". ;)

Does the game play Benny Hill music while it's in Benny Hill speed? Or I wonder if they're saving that for the next-gen version... ;)

Seriously though, that's cool if you're right. When you say you can fast-forward it, are you given an option or do you have to unlock it from the WE-Shop? In which case, A) the fast-speed unlock finally has a use!! And B) I can't wait to get a 99999 PES option file...

Yep, it's the SAME list EVERY single year.

Everything just gets SLIGHTLY better. Every thing's more fluid. I know this because that's what I used to post after each new game came out.

This game hasn't changed much since the first release. Took me too long to realize this....

Since the very first PES?

Maybe the overall game hasn't changed much like fifa has but it has changed a hell of a lot.

Even if you just counted the tiny updates each year - add them all up and it make a big difference between the first PES and this.

But apart from that

I'm getting ... no scrap that... i AM sick and tired of the same old master league. Why cant they mix the Prio Evo manager game into the master league so you have something more to do AND give us lower divisions for all the leagues not just the 1 we're in.

I love how the 1 player feature has been in the series for a couple of years now and only now they added a proper mode to make use of it...

totally agree

is not a 'new' game, of course, but i think that is a perfect mix to play since october

p.s.: i am really surprised about IA and cpu attack!

WE2007JL is better than WE10JL in the same way that a multi-billionaire who finds $1 on the street thinks he has just become a richer man.

You guys are being overly critical.

Bitch bitch bitch bitch whine whine whine whine.

"the passing is not fast enough"
"the passing is too fast"
"too much scripting" (how do you know what is scripted and what is dynamic AI, did you look at the code?)

i played it. it's fun. they're always tweaking it and making it different, without changing the elements that make it good.

sometimes it seems like people just need to bitch because they don't have something exactly the way THEY want in their mind, without having any knowledge of the plausibility, resources required etc.

people seem to be so critical, yet i highly doubt 99% of people have any clue the process in creating a video game.

You don't need a degree or years in the Biz to know we're just getting a tweaked code each year.

This is the kind of crap everyone turned on EA for and flamed those fifa fanboys for ignoring it



Yes it took them some time to knock the game up on next gen - but if they can do that from scratch in say... 2 years? Then why cant they put the same ammount of effort into WE/PES each year or so and every year?

Licenses and fluff like that aside

We have had the SAME master league for years - Not even an attempt to add more to it like pressure from the board - speaking with playing 1 to 1, fans kicking off when you're near the bottom of the league, players wanting to leave your club, big teams trying to sign your players instead of signing a MF to replace their amazing striker who they've sold off or who has retired and then playing 451 formations with an average striker

I never have (or have never noticed)teams like Man Utd go out and replicate the real world and find themselves an amazing young player - or to go out and sign a world class player from another team.

They just sit there playing alan smith each week with rooney on the wing.

Im not speaking for everyone else and im not bashing how good PES has been and can be.

But Seabass is really getting lazy about PES - And with him letting the ISS team use his PES game title was a sick joke.

(Fun Fact --- The ISS team at Konami get the first crack of the whip when a new console comes out and thats why on the PS2 we has a ISS game instead of a PES game first --- And it looks like on the 360 seabass let them use his game's title on their crappy engine no doubt to shift more copies because who would have bought it if it had been labelled as an ISS game?)


Im not bitching because i have nothing better to do - im moaning/complaing/bitching because im growing fed up and BORED of PES due to the same old same old feeling.

If EA have any sense they'll add all the features Seabass is ignoring and leave PES in their dust. Like fifa or hate fifa they at least give the fans what they want each year.

One question id like to ask seabass though is 'Why dont you change the master league at all and give the fans something new to play instead of expecting them to pay out for a tweaked version of your old PES games?'

You must press R2 to ask the ball, and then you'll see your curor name (1 + Name) on your head will shine.
But you must ask the ball in a good position, or your team will lost the ball.

To watch the game 2x fastly. There is an option in the Start Menu during the match ONLY WHEN YOU'RE NOT ON THE FIELD.
This option is before the "view option". I think it's the fourth choice inn the list. And then, the game will increase in rapidity.

Amen...........i have pes3,4,5 and 6 in my pc, plus winning eleven 2007 and WE LiveWareEvolution (my favourite one with pes3), it is incredible how little things have changed over the years. And mostly bad changes.

you can ask for the ball with r2 like in the previous versions .

the keepers have probably changed the most from the previous version. they do tend to fumble more now when you hit the ball hard, and yeah they make more mistakes. but they also do a couple of other interesting things.
-When its a 1v1 they tend to spread themselves out more (its more effective i think)
-The AI goalies have a better understanding of when to rush out for the ball (they often chase it wide)
-Sometimes when they make a great save, instead of parrying it straight back into a dangerous area infront of goal, they make sure the deflect the ball either wider or further away from the goals.
-and theres a new animation for when they make a save from a lob attempt.

Hi guys,

I've just got JWE2007CC, when i play it the colour of the my TV turns black and white.

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?

Do i need some sort of scart cable?

I think converters are available, but the best bet is to pick up an old TV that has 60hz. There should be alot available as people seem to think plasma and lcd tvs are better even with low-res images(when in alot of cases they are thinner, but dont have as good quality picture) My PS3 looks better on my HDTV, but the PS2 looks better on a normal decent tv (IMHO).

Okay The Black Sheep where can i get a converter from?

I think it's unnecessary to buy another TV just to play one game.

go into maplin or comet. places like that dude. it will not be expensive.

you just need an RGB PS2 scart lead mate , bout £4.99.... most game shops sell em
