I don't say it should not be second yellow. If he hadn't been booked he would get yellow card. But that is one of two mistakes against Barca I saw today.

If he goes into the man like this, it is clearly a yellow card, no matter if he hit him or not. Pique did the only thing right there and tried to avoid getting hurt. I sometimes wonder, what kind of understanding about football you have, this is just human to step back before getting hurt and everyone would have done the same. Yellow is absolutely deserved for that.

I agree it is natural to go back in try to save yourself from injury. But it is not natural to than lie down on the pitch and roll over like you just had a car run into you. Also, tackle like this is not for yellow card. It is clear that tackle is on ball, not foot, and he goes in with one leg, not dangerously high.
 
I don't know, if he rolled on the ground, this isn't visible on the video, if he did it is not correct, that is right. Although I still think this is yellow as he came in dangerously with his leg, no matter if it was high, he still could have hurt him badly.
