FIFA World Cup Brasil 2014

 People hyped up over here.

That's just another day for Memo, definitely not the 1st time he pulled something like this, if you watched la Ligue 1 you'd know.

I've bought him on FM quite often :SMOKIN:

PS: Thiago Silva should've been sent off

PPS: Ochoa is out of contract by the way. Wake up world!

incredible performance from Mexico.. i still think we should have won it

PS. It's nice from Brazil to give a free stadium pass to the hopeless and underprivileged, but why does it have to be Fred every time?

Yes mate, in St. Petersburg is 3am already ... :COAT: but I'm ready for the World Cup to suffer (although after first half I want to sleep already). :D

I hope South Korea bags this game. Asia needs some WC glory and Russia is completely expendable for a neutral european, sorry.

The ref's hair is more entertaining than Russia's play so far...

Russia in deep shat. They have done little to break S. Korea... And that goal for S. Korea was coming anyway ;).

EDIT:

Kerzakhov... 1-1 ;(

After I wrote that... FML XD.

Loved Mexico's performance... they seemed very mature on the field. Ochoa made an 'impossible' save, but the other ones were not so good...most shots were straight at him. Nice reactions on a couple of them though.
Brazil is too much Neymar-dependent for now.

The fact some of you found Bra x Mex entertaining is curious. Most of the time I was ranting on the fact we couldn't create. I guess the neutral glasses make a difference after all.

Anyways, Paulinho is a waste of space on the field. If we're going 4-3-3, we need mids who can pass and/or show in to help create. He doesn't do neither and just rush forward to the box. It was more a 4-2-4 than anything. Also, why Bernard over Lucas/Coutinho?

Why Jo?! I think most didn't want Brazil to win , because the way they were wrongly favoured (1st match)

Glad Russia managed to even the score, Akinfeev was humiliating and he played like that the entire game, it would become a goal at some point...

Anyway, go Russia!!!

That Brazil-Mexico match was the best i've seen so far. Mexico were outstanding in the second half.

congratulations sonoman. I hope mexico get out of this group as the leaders and kick some spanish asses. :BOP:

Well, from what I could see it looks like they've elevated themselves from pathetic to fantastic in just a few months. That deserves credit. The Mexican players seems full of energy, belief and they also play with authority and calm. Very nice, and they might go far.

Scolari has picked Paulinho for his deep penetrating runs. The strikers aren't moving and they're not stretching opposition defense at all.

Once the strikers do what tthey're supposed to, Brazil's overall game will improve and Paulinho will most likely be a thorn in the side for any opposition. I thought basic football knowledge was standard education in Brazil...
