Nah, the right one is in game shot and the left one is pre rendered. The face model changed and looks better, but the graphics in the left one was more detailed

So who confirmed that?

Is it normal that Neymar keeps poker face in blank kit in the game?

Really surprised there are hardly any videos showing Fifa16 around.

Probably because they have nothing to show really. They took this year as a vacation and just tweaked/fixed few things that would probably only take them a month(max) to do.

I guess these two faces are completely the same; The only difference between them is the left one is a ingame picture, but the other one is not(I bet this isn't a ingame footage though I'm not sure what it exactly is).
If I'm right then I'll prefer FIFA faces.

Indeed. They don't.

Fifa didn't look good on the PS3/XBOX 360 either even though there was 6 iterations of Fifa on those consoles before Fifa 14 was released on PS4.

People made the same excuses for EA then, saying it's because there is lots of player models on screen, lots of AI calculations, etc.. except many other modern gaming titles which look incredible have plenty of objects on-screen simultaneously as well as advanced AI.
