FIFA 16 Attribdb (gameplay) converted to FIFA 17! (New Lite Conversion Update at Post #65)

It feels like some of the vanilla offensive AI shown in the video below is gone after using the Lite version of the mod. But it could just be my imagination, since I rarely actually play the game.

Do one thing. Clear the Moddata, Run Frosty as Admin, then re-apply all your mods plus this one. Try it and see if it fixes it or not.
It didn't work, but thanks anyway.

I don't get any error messages in Frosty, but the game won't start

It shouldn't affect this though, maybe it's a placebo, like you said.

Hi guys,
I've manually ported a few valuable runtimes/attributes from FIFA 16 to FIFA 17 for retaining the unique FIFA 17 experience but with a touch of FIFA 16. This time, these are things that I manually ported:
movement (actor) -> turn time and reaction times for contextual dribbling
cpuai_marker -> marking difficulty + best/worst defender timing and reaction (could be useful to partially solve slow jockey/reaction bug in 17)
tackling (defense)
defensive_baseline (positioning_formation)
soccerfield (physics - important for noticeable ball bump and bounce while passing)

Based on FIFA 16 Release Version (v1.00)!

Please test this without using any other GP mods or conversions and let me know how it feels!
Use Frosty Mod Manager v1.0.6.3 or Donnie's new fork.
Note: It doesn't include the ball size increase mod by default! You can find them here (fully compatible): Click Me [I would definitely suggest you to use 10.5% increment - identical to FIFA 16 ball size]
An update for this conversion:

I've also ported a few runtimes from FIFA 16 Attribdb (not attribdbgameplay), such as:
soccernet box and soccernet tri -> essentially the net physics
touchcontacts (physics - could help with first touch controls and errors)
and my experimental tweaks from FIFA 16.

As usual,
Based on FIFA 16 Release Version (v1.00)!

I played a match. You solved one of FIFA 17's flaws — nearly perfect first touches, and now the first-touch stun is greater than in vanilla, and the ball gets further away from the body. Ball control while dribbling also seems somewhat different from vanilla (though I can't be entirely sure since I haven't played a football game in a long time). I also noticed that the inertia while dribbling is more pronounced than in vanilla, and I think it would be better to modify the values in this part based on FIFA 15's values.
You're a genius! :APPLAUD:

Yeah, there's a difference in First Touch. I don't know if it's only me, but the new modification somewhat made the game a bit faster? Maybe just a feeling. Did you notice any net physics change? Anyways, thanks for testing and sharing your experience. Really appreciate it!

The tempo of the AI’s behavior seems a bit faster than in vanilla. Also, one time Rooney was in the right-wing area and sent in a cross with no pressure on him, but the ball went out over the byline; I’ve never seen that kind of spin on a ball.
