As for the banning, thats to do with buying content. They lock region specific downloads like tv shows, but dont ban you. It says so on MN.

apparently its 'illegal' to have an account from the region you're not from...the new code in the spring dashboard update apparently limits what you can download

so there goes the us accounts option

they stopped people downloding TV shows and movies. stop worrying!!

The problem is it's not listed under new demos, it's under Genres - Sports
