Lets all calm down

I beleive that if you create an account outside your region then you run the risk of being banned from Live.

MS are pretty good (being the creators) of assessing this type of thing so you may find yourself without a gaming connection if you proceed to give false info like Zip codes and addresses to obtain region locked demo's

Just be warned and think before youi go jumping into the Ants Nest.
