man this sucks. Up in canberra and singapore but not melbourne....we are the football capital of oceania damnit! (how lame does that sound)

EDIT: YES ITS UP!!!

Now only 10 hours to go....curse my old adsl connection

@ Lami, its really easy:

Go to singapore yellow pages = find business you like (gameshop/deli/pizzaplace/etc) and keep the adress window open

Go to passport and sign up for a new hotmail account (location from the singapore business)

Fill it all in and go to your live account, sign out and then sign up a new account. Most of the stuff is filled in once you have entered your new singapore email account. The only thing to add is the telephone number, silver account. And boom, youre downloading fifa08
