eFootball PES 2021 Discussion Thread (PC)

PES 21 takes some time to load between selecting the jerseys in PES21 and the start of the game. During this time the game crashes a lot and I have to restart the game a few times to get to the start of the game.

Solution?

Solution depends if its steam original or cpy game. If its cpy there is no support .

Then You can verify Your game files in steam, then launch vanilla game without sider.

If it works ok, relaunch with sider. If it still crashes, then one of Your added mods is causing the issue.

You would need to disable mods and add them back say two at a time to test game. If it runs ok keep testing until

You find the mod that causes the issue.

You can also read Your sider.log after a game to check for issues, use search box and words error, and problem.

That should reveal any failing modules.

There are no short cuts when crashes happen like that.

Without Sider the game runs without crashing.
With Sider, however, I have the crashes, I was able to narrow down the error to the "Comp Menus". If I deactivate the line cpk.root = ".\livecpk\CompMenus" in the sider.ini, the game runs through. There seems to be a file there.
 
Hi. Is there any mod/EDIT_files which change only composition, teams' and leagues' names to the current ones (24/25)? Before I used SmokePatch, but now it doesn't update. Also I would like some file that changes available substitution from 3 to 5.
Steam version.
 
There isnt, anyway smokepatch is becoming FL. Looks different but it's actually the same, lol.

Subs 3 to 5 can be done easily with sider.

I read reviews that SPLife differs from PES21 by a bunch of modifications that change the gameplay a lot. I think I'm not ready for this especially considering that I'll have to download >130 GB from a file hosting service in parts and risk my PC's security
 
Hello,

For some odd reason my game crashes every time after the first match in Master League, specifically after try to end the first transfer window.
Sometimes the game does not crash but instead the transfer window will end and the next loading screen is infinite.

I thought this was patch related (Virtuared V9.1) but this happens even without Sider enabled.
I am running the game on an external SSD if that is of importance.
I am not sure why this happens, as I didn't encounter this issue in the past.

If anyone knows why this could be, I'd be very thankful.

Are you running the Steam version of the game, Football Life, or some other version?

The Steam version, yes

I tried validating the game's files but it didn't help
I also tried running the game on another PC thinking it might be something tied to my PC but it crashed on both so I think there's probably something wrong with the game itself (cause it happens even with Sider disabled)

Virtuared V9.0 was installed on a clean Steam installation
The issue occured and I installed V9.1 thinking it might somehow fix this but to no avail.

If you need to keep using sider, you could also keep using the same EvoWeb Patch 23/24 until/unless the new version comes out.
If you need updated kits, @DN7 Kits is your guy. Bro has added kits of pretty much all European leagues in the game.

What are good patches for 2024/2025 season? (pes6)
I'm also looking for light weight. Or at least below 10gb.
I played some good patch, but i forgot which one was it...
