are you sure in the games settings exe it hasnt changed and the duel sense is selected as the controller. Mine works flawlesssley on Football Life 25 but when i switch to hand held mode (Leigion Go) i have to select direct input int he settings program, if i dont switch back when docked the controller doesnt work.

Thanks, I dont know why, but I think the Problem is:

The Controllers are now have Windows Controls like Mouse, open Browser erc worh Gamepad Buttons. This was never before.
I will tey reconect and Update the Controllers on PS5. Delete the Bluetooth Connection and reconnect all of them step by step with the PC.

EDIT:

I have disbled the Windows Settings in Steam, but no Dualsense Controller works anymore with PES. Xbox Series X Controller works fine. So crazy.

EDIT 2:

With DSX Tool the Controller 🎮 works a bit, but everytime I will edit the Buttons Y-Rotation will be on my Button…

Yeah, steam input has desktop settings so you can use the controller like a mouse etc. When not playing a game

Try turning steam off before you play the game

And if your playing pes21 on steam, try turning steam input off

CD keys websites sells it for around 350 and 700 euros if you're interested, i even saw some price around 1599 E. That's totally crazy.

More seriously if it was possible to extract the game from Football Life that would've been done since a long time, but they replaced too much things, i don't think in the core of their patch the game is hidden and intact.

I got the same issue, i brought it on console as my older pc wasn't good enough to launch PES 21 on 2020 release... But i didn't see coming what's next as no one here.
If we were aware of the removal of not only PES 2021 but all their versions, i/we would have buy a version in security for the future when i will brought a new PC.

The only alternative is Football Life is free and based on PES 2021 as a core, i saw some game and they changed some animations from what i saw, as it's the Smoke patch in fact there's nothing like fakes names, kits or whatever else.

Now the gameplay, controls and all shouldn't be that much different as the basis is the same, probably better as they worked on that basis since years. But they patched some stuffs here and there, and textures, aswell they got much more presets faces or Stadiums..

I don't know i will discover it when i finally get "access" to my new PC, for the moment there's too much things i'm working on the old one. It will takes months to transferts everything.

FL is not just a base core of PES 2021... FL is a cracked version of PES 2021, with some new backgrounds and mods. I'm not sure that there are some "new animations", maybe the speed is changing and some algorithm of the physics but it's just a crack and moded version of PES 2021, or are we going to pretend it's something different, just to be allowed to be discussed in this forum?

And I'm fine with it! Konami abolished PES games for easy money with gambling and gacha games like eFootball, so everyone who wanna download and play cracked versions of any PES games like FL, good for him.

Yes, FL is a cracked and modded PES21, but most of us already bought the original game which is currently delisted. I bought PES21 full price on Steam, so I don't feel guilty for playing FL. It's the easiest way to play a good football game with current rosters, since Konami decided to abandon PES.

Thanks for clarifying this, because i got a lot of feedback saying that the gameplay is different, better etc., but it probably only related with another way to rate players and cams are different aswell as some body structure so the animations looks also different.

Now, yes there's gameplay mods i already saw here and there, but they're isn't a special one with a metion for Football Life. And YTubers presenting the "best game of 2024", well the patch in fact, didn't talked about an extra mod installation for having different gameplay.

Now i prefers to keep it vanilla as i didn't found something working too well so i'd rather play the same 5 old game than fall on an something breaking the balance a bit too much due to X gameplay mod, when you're getting used to play with... I make big breaks between session : it helps for not being bored.

VirtuaRed said clearly on their patches 24-25 something like "that patch doesn't change gameplay from the original game etc. etc." but about Football Life i suppose the answer : "no" is probably on their forums in a Q/A thread.

Yes it’s a paid for patch. It’s only ten euro though which is exceptional for the amount of custom faces, stadiums and kits you get.

Go to the social account of @IntSoccer85 and get in touch with him. He’s safe.

somehow PES2021.exe is always running with cpu priority above normal. i have to change it to normal every time i start pes. any idea how to change it back to normal permanently?
