I assure you, this is the craziest EVER game of PES in the Copa Del Ray Semi-final. Please watch and see for yourself.

What is the difference between Man Marking and Track Back? Both abilities seem similar in their description.
I am trying to decide which ability is best for a The Destroyer Central Midfielder like Zobnin.
I WON A PENALTY!!!!!!!
Wooooooooo.
Now new challenge for you. Win a penalty with a dive. Because i think that actually happened last night against me. That would the first time I've seen a dive result in a penalty.
I'll try to remember to upload the clip after work
Like thisdouble tapping sprint in the box, away from the defender, has won me countless pens in ML. The odd trick works too 🤷♂️ Try that. Timing is everything
There were games where I was up and I tried tricks and dives to win penalties to no avail.
I'm winning enough free kicks but in the box I get nothing.
I'll try some more dives and see how I go.
I think it helps but that one was auto faint off and use of super cancel to shift quickly, there's no doubt it's hard but the right player moving the ball quick can win one , I've had 4 post patchHitman recently also mentioned having auto-feint on helped. haven't tried it myself but it might be the thing you need.
I absolutely love that part of the game! Not especially the inspire feature but the long passes itself, weight, arc, speed, that animation releasing it... lovely looking stuff indeed.Random observation I had after watching some Xabi Alonso pinging long balls highlights on YouTube :
the Inspire system is a really great innovation to the game that (maybe?) goes overlooked. Especially the long pass one, which in my opinion is the most noticeable and effective. Picking up the ball deep with a guy with 2 star inspire long pass is a joy seeing the front players immediately looking to peel off and break the offside trap. It really allows you to play those Xabi and Pirlo cross field weighted passes that look absolutely beautiful. PES really nailed the feeling of long balls in recent years.
I hope they continue to build upon the inspire system because I think it has the potential to add enormous amounts of player individuality.
When will the next DataPack (and patch) arrive?! Any rough dates?!
For your first question, regarding ONLINE mode legends, you must roll spins to the loot boxes , when they are included.Hi all,
Really hoping someone might be able to help me out with two quick questions. Switched over to PES from FIFA to give it a try, and can't get my head around two things:
Firstly, how do you acquire 'legends' in this game? If I wanted to get Nakamura (for example) in myClub online mode, what do I need to do? Or you must login weekly and watch if there is a giveaway, which is rare in the given time.
Secondly, what is the most popular co-op online mode? I have been playing with my bro doing online divisions (playing on different consoles), where it takes half of myClub team, and half of his. Is this mode worthwhile, or is there something better out there?
Would really appreciate any help, thanks
Most of the complains about PES comes from old players who were too accustomed to the way the game used to play.
Was calling them goons really necessary?
2017 and 2018 play just fine after their final patches.
Adding the option to go back to different versions might not be as simple as you think it is so i wouldn't just assume it's something they can simply implement in a patch at least quickly.
As for whether or not a new game will come out at the end of the year, I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least an update to the current one let alone a full release. And that's across sports gaming in general.
And given the increase in demand for gaming overall there's even more incentive to put out a new release in some shape or form. So we'll see.
I think most complaints are for staff that used to work properly and was broken or removed for no obvious reason, or for staff that was not delivered in the way it was promised or showcased by the devs. That's a generalization that i don't find to be true. A lot of the biggest complaints are about the flaws with the game such as the AI behavior and the lack of depth in offline modes.
It doesn't matter what a player is used to. Flaws are still flaws. And PES is full of them.
you say that going back to different versions can be difficult - they don't even have to do that - just make it easier to keep our games from automatically updating - i'd be happy with simply that.
also my use of the term "konami goon" is necessary. for a game I used to play day and night back (cos I had faith in PES) back in 2015 and now hardly playing at all due to things like
- MyClub's addictive elements
- dropping a demo that played nothing like initial release
- dropping a patch that was actually good (1.4) and then removing it
- other craps
I think I'm good to picture a bunch of goons at konami.
I think most complaints are for staff that used to work properly and was broken or removed for no obvious reason, or for staff that was not delivered in the way it was promised or showcased by the devs.
EDIT: wrong call, wanted to quote @leus
There is no good co-op mode.Hi all,
Really hoping someone might be able to help me out with two quick questions. Switched over to PES from FIFA to give it a try, and can't get my head around two things:
Firstly, how do you acquire 'legends' in this game? If I wanted to get Nakamura (for example) in myClub online mode, what do I need to do?

I'm saying implementing a feature that allows to play on whatever patch set you want to may not be some 5 minute implement. And even if they allowed us to keep our games from updating automatically, how would that help you now? If that was implemented today, you still wouldn't be able to go back to dp4. It just means you don't have to go to the next one.
If you honestly feel the need to insult them, then you're better off doing something else entirely. Why would you ever associate yourself with a product if you openly question the competency of those who make it?
Wanna take issue with the state of the game? Fair enough. But that can be done without the insults. At the end of the day the members of the dev team are just employees doing the job they're told to do. The biggest culprit behind the state of the game, and sports gaming in general today, are the executives of Konami and of gaming.
Oh there are valid reasons why things are broken or were removed. It's inevitable when you change engines or consoles. The issue is why they were never then prioritized enough to bring them back to their former quality.
