Carry on like they are and you'll soon be able to sign schoolboy Messi or foetus Messi.

I redownloaded this as ProSpartanGamer is playing it and doing videos (he used to always do a ML with his Spartans team, brilliant and funny watch) but I managed about a half and turned it off.

You're joking but I'm 100% certain they will release a teenage Messi card at some point in the future.

The thing I miss the most is: The anticipation of a new game release of PES or FIFA every year. I remember myself back in 2010-2020, crawling the the internest to find something about the upcoming releases, articles, leaked news. Then, E3! camera captured videos with bad quality, watching them over and over trying to extact information about the gameplay and discuss it here. Then the demo announcement! Oh my god! I remember counting the days.
And now, what? Nothing.
Shallow updates to an exististing butchered game, which ok, it's free, but I would pay 50euros for something new and fresh every year.
On the other hand FIFA is really testing people's addiction levels, giving the shittiest gameplay ever existest in modern football game history, but still making millions because people are addicted to the gambling and striving for achieving the Rank #1. No joy, no excitement.
Anyway, maybe I am too old.

Those were the days! You are not alone mate :) The most echoing comment from the people who captured those videos with phone camera:
- Don't worry, gameplay is slower than in the videos :D
Just had the same thoughts few days ago remembering that before 10 years we were watching first Pes 2015 trailer this time of the year and we were blown away from what Fox engine can do on Ps4 after disasterous game which 2014 was.
Konami and Ea actually compete each other and the result was more development every year, new features, tweaks to gameplay etc. Now we have nothing, just skill cards and promoting gambling addiction to kids which is sad.
I am not up to date what is happening with other gaming genres becouse I have no time to spare, just casually fire Ps5 to play one or two games of football and sim racing on pc while kids were asleep and I have little energy to stay awake, but football gaming is in a stste where no one could predict it would be five years ago. All seemed to be improving and we thought that in this period football games would be much more advanced, satisfying and more enjoyable but on the opposite we entered dark age of football games.

The guaranteed annual "hmm, not sure sure could be a bit shit" followed by the even more guaranteed "yeah but these two playing the game are shit, they don't even know what super cancel is"

And when they are playing against the AI, ”don’t worry it’s on amateur, the AI will be much more intelligent on the harder difficulties”

When the game releases: it wasn’t

Miss those days

The day of buying magazines to look at some screenshots and a preview, and if you were lucky, the gameplay was shown briefly on a DVD that came with the magazine. And closer to release, there may be a playable demo of it

I downloaded this the other day, and I'm not shocked that Konami still haven't added all the teams in their offline single player exhibition matches.

The offline content is still so threadbare.

I got so bored of waiting for Konami to add Master League, I downloaded and installed EA FC24 as I now have it through PS Plus. I literally only set up a manager career mode and played one game, but immediately it was refreshing to actually have a proper offline mode in a football game, regardless of how the game itself plays.

I'll need to give FC24 a fair crack, but after an initial shock to the system in how it plays (I've not played an EA football game since FIFA 2014), I actually thought it was better than what I'd read about it. I have passing fully manual, and while it doesn't have that crispness and feeling of complete control over what you're doing like PES/eFootball does, I still had a fairly decent 0-0 draw with two League Two teams. Shooting feels off, but I think I need to get used to how much longer you need to hold the power button down for when kicking compared to eFootball.

The presentation is of course so much better, but just being able to play a proper career mode again with up-to-date squads is the most positive difference. Such a shame we can't have this in eFootball, but I'm willing to give FC24 a chance. I'm not messing with sliders at this stage. Want to see how the base settings play on semi-pro difficulty.

I am creating 2024 OF for PES 2010. I saw an idea on reddit and i like it. Instead of 5 usual league, i want to create joint leagues:
  1. British League (England+Celtic and Rangers)
  2. Western League (France+Germany)
  3. Latin League (Spain+Italy + maybe 4 Portuguese teams)
  4. Benelux League (Netherlands+Belgium)
  5. Balkan League (teams from Balkan region - just like in basketball)
For Other Leagues A it is going to have European teams who don't have a league.

Downside is that a lot of lower ranked teams for Top 5 leagues are deleted, also if you play ML in PES 2010 in UCL and UEL we will see less teams from top 5 leagues and more from "weaker league". What do you think?

I just checked every God damned gameplay videos since 2014 because that's where things went the wrong way. Anyways. I'm now decided to download 2013 and also 2019. 2019 looked very nice, fresh. It had all those adjustments for game to look modern and still be playable at a fast speed

Everything looks good on PES 2019, the movement, the footplanting, graphics, lightning, ball behavior except for shooting. Shooting in PES 2019 is very predictable, linear and lacks zip.

still it beats every Pes from 14 to 2023 in my eyes. At least the players don't move like about to melt away wax figures xD that was Fifa's thing. Players seemed so awkward while moving, passing and shooting, cutting inside the penalty box etc.

See...that's the biggest kick in the balls for me. The gameplay in eFootball is decent. It's the lack of content, especially as far as difficulty levels are concerned. If they added Top Player as a difficulty option in Trial Match, I'd probably play eFootball every week. But as it is, I've not played it since January (it's not even on my console any more)

PES 21 needs Deep changes thats the truth
True but thats never going to happen.

Apart from the dribbling mechanic, you get everything in Pes21 but better. I had a game last night between Munich and Galatasaray with Ultimate mod and it was absolutely brilliant, a 2-2 draw. Ai was random and challenging, the goals were great, there was lots of good action. All in a stadium that you can download for free and make edits to if you like like adding in confetti, chants, adboardc balls and new strips and faces.

I don't see anything better and I don't think you will ever see anything better because no one is interested in single player football games, they just want to make money. efootball, Fifa and this new footy game UFL all lack something. They are made for people who prefer to watch basketball than football, the show crowd who are more interested in rainbow flicks than tactical battles.

Who wouldn't want to play this beauty?
Apart from the amazing visual quality, Anth James Chris Simao's 0.3.3 exe and the fouls add on from Holland's GP 'Realistic Game'. This combo, as far as I can see provides a very realistic gameplay aswell.
Can someone help me find the fouls add on from Holland? Where is it ? Is it a sider cpk? How can I install it.

What keeps people playing this game? Let's forget about offline modes for a moment, I mean the current form of the game. You build your team and play, but what happens once you build it? What is the objective of your playing? After all, in this game you don't even have W-D-L statistics in your profile. It just gets boring after some time.

Its like matchmaking in counter strike in playing because we like to compete between us nothing else
