I know this game more than anyone, don't get me wrong...I played more than 200 matches and I can also say this game is unplayable, I have only 18..23..28 fps on replays and sometimes 55.. .58 in game, but it looks like a mobile crap!are u kidding

Im saying it because bogo 36 said me that my Graphic Card Was Out Of Date and not able for Efootball. It's not true because I have more than 60 ..70...fps on fifa22.
Anyway I want to change my graphic card, as I said I'm thinking about the future and the other games too like I've cited above. For now Im playing fifa after the big white lie from Konami.
I always had Radeon, Nvidia for me is new and I'd like to know the difference between 3080 and 3080 ti. Fortunetily I have money to change it thats why I'll do...thank you for helping...
Taking the opportunity, eFootball is a crap and this community is great! Any chance to create a evoweb patch for fifa? Because....efootball from now on always will be a crap mobile game, unfortunately I just buy fifa for my PC and I'll play it until the spring or forever if efootball go on with mobile style!

When I see Adam tweet stuff like that I have no hope for the series (even more than before if that's possible). The fact I dislike FIFA 22 means this is the first time I've given up on both games, I don't enjoy what either offer.
I don't know the previous history between yourself and evoweb, but would be a shame to have you feel like you can't post here or wouldn't want to. We're all PES fans here and all just want a decent football game, whether that be with PES or another gaming series.
It's a double edged sword, having people from the PES community ending up working at Konami, especially in a public facing role. You want it to happen (the working at Konami bit) to hope they can influence the game in a positive way, but unfortunately, you have to protect the brand you're working for in the times when things don't turn out as planned, which means, sadly, sometimes pissing off the community you were once a part of.
If you haven't already left this forum completely, did I read you're now with 2K Asim? Any football related news from the inner (centre) circle?

This is pretty much all I'd ask too. Don't care about the past, my account is pretty old but I have never interacted on this forum with Asim so can't comment on anything without context. It's not important anyway now as PES is dead to me (I don't give a toss about e-sports and skill gaps), if not dead in general. So yeah, I pretty much want to see new games enter the picture!

So, I tried the game again (online) yesterday and my God, it is a masterpiece!
No I'm kidding of course. It's still a complete mess but just not THAT much anymore.
There are still signs of good ideas buried in the gameplay but it gets completely overshadowed by the bugs, glitches, input lag, weird animations etc, etc, etc.
I will say that shooting had a bit more zip to it but it's still just a soulless experience.

While I can't help but applaud anyone exposing Konami for what they are, even in the form of vague tidbits as is the case here, it does seem a touch hypocritical (while not necessarily unprofessional, I would argue) to be making these sorts of comments that I'm sure some still on the payroll would deem as "toxic", having previously labelled others as such for simply not buying into the party line, at least without giving some concessions or reflections on those previous views. Saying the place has got less toxic seems like an odd thing to offer as an olive branch, because it's sort of a backhanded compliment that doesn't particularly jive with reality in any case.
I'm sure, Asim, that you went in thinking you could make a positive contribution, probably did collect and pass all the feedback on but saw it get repeatedly and continually ignored, and so I can understand why you would have been frustrated at the time in that you were doing everything you could while taking endless flak from the community. Asim, I think it's disgusting however you may think of Konami etc, some of the language towards you and other konami/exkonami people from people on the internet is wrong. Disagree etc, but don't call someone horrid names. Sometimes by some of the rhetoric towards you and Adam was disgusting.

First, we've banned Lami who held a personal grudge towards Asim and Adam for many, many years which finally erupted in today's embarrassing display of insults I personally feel ashamed for. Secondly, I've deleted Asim's account on his request. Which is also a shame because all of this fuckery could have easily been avoided. We've all matured, we've all grown. Personally (I hope) and as a community.
It's sad to see that some people's bitterness still prevailed over all these years, tainting these forums with what we've always tried and still try to avoid: Making this site a place where toxicity towards others is okay to be posted and, even worse, tolerated. Over a stupid videogame, a hobby we all share and love.
It's okay to be unhappy with the series and the direction it, unfortunately, has gone. It's also okay to feel lied to and deceived by stuff that happened wayyyy in the past and present. But please don't let these emotions get the better of you and culminate in personal attacks towards human beings who may or may not be registered on this site, on Twitter or anywhere else. We said it before and I will say it again: Things like these won't be tolerated at all and will be punished with swift bans without any prior warnings.

Well, you can't blame us fans tbh. We're very passionate about this game, and we just want to see the game to improve and reach its full potential. They've been treating the PES community like pure sh!t for a long while now and this is only one of the few place where we can post our frustrations. PES is pretty much dead now, I just don't see Konami recovering from this disaster, unless they revise their approach to their game, I think Efootball will be exclusive on mobile in the future. Konami killed most of their legendary IPs, PES suffered the same fate.

It seems people don't understand how the corporate world works. I don't blame Adam or Asim for anything they've said. Sometimes things do get out of hand. They have pressure from the higher ups as well. They try, and then get shit on from both sides. You have to keep in mind they're also human.
Just thinking about what our expectations for the perfect football game would be. Do we want something that looks like real life football or something that is responsive and enjoyable to play? I don't think both are possible with a football game, no matter how much power you throw at it. If we want decent playability, I feel we have to accept relatively robotic, somewhat awkward animations. Aiming for a "sim" visually would require animations to play out in full and therefore reduce responsiveness. I feel what's really needed, rather than a sim approach, is variety now. We need each game to feel different, so proper variety in play styles from different teams. We need a greater level in difference between individual players so it really feels that who you pick and who you play against really makes a difference. We also need different referees to help all this, so some matches we have plenty of fouls and cards and other times we don't.
To sum up, aside from nicer graphics and some more animations, new gen should all be about variety in the matches we play in whatever football game we choose to buy (or not but because it's free in eFootball's case). That's my expectations for the next steps towards a "perfect" football game anyway.

Ok. While everyone has been fighting which kinda sums up the very somber mood around this franchise after such a disasterous launch. It seems I cannot fully give up on efootball. I was convinced after the delay annoncement this was it, but this new update has surprisingly given me a lot of hope.
Despite how truly disappointing the new was on the postponement of version 1.0.0 was, the main thing on my mind is the improvement between the meme factory 0.9.0 version and this update:
- 0.9.0 is a 2.5/10 unplayable early alpha game.
- 0.9.1 is a 6/10 playable mid beta stage game, the big meme factory bugs are gone thankfully and the best part of this game really starting to shine in this version, still little to no real realistic depth at all but this build has true promise of something to take the series forward.
As a few have mentioned. The best part of this gameplay is the players are never stuck on rails. Running, changing direction and using the R1 close control with R2 sprint is the most free non tron like mechanic any football game has produced, its still early, it still needs more animations and fine tuning but i see a base finally, i see the idea and this can definatley work out to be something great if they keep developing this till the spring.
Sadly, sticking to the reality of where we are. What sums up where the game is in terms of realism is still basic, as it's clear many stats are still viod and all uniform. You can sprint and move the same way with your keeper as you can any outfield player. Clearly this is due to the amount of testing and tweaking needed to stabilise everything in this build to work. There still no way to organise your defence tactically unless using an all in one long ball counter strategy, so defending is really hard in general, no matter how used to the control you get.
I really miss the manual L2 modifier while using level 3 passing. This MUST return. The controls will take a while to adjust to, I see their philosophy with the R1 fake shot, its what R2 used to be and you need to hold it down a lot and it actually works well as a fake shot button, but adjusting from over 20 years of square then cross muscle memory to square and R1 is the hardest part.
It's a real shame they didn't delay the release until a version like this was available. The uproar would of not been as bad as it rightfully was, Konami have only themselves to blame. They have a long road back to get people playing this. Most of their player base are balls deep enjoying their competitor and won't even glance a look at this until there's something to do longer than 5 minute games offline. In the next update Konami need to unlock this game to play longer matches and a free training mode so players can get used to this new controls.
I relieved the game is no longer an embarrassing meme factory, however this is still not good enough and it's a long way back for them.

Hopefully they will find a way to milk money from non mobile users and make a fully new game that's built from scratch to run on consoles and pcs.

All games used to be very challenging.
Then, in order to bring wider audience - they started making them easier.
Then online came. AI was tossed away and User Vs User gameplay became primary focus.
This will also get stale in time.
In order to bring something fresh - developers will have to come up with something. It will be back to proper AI and proper challenge. Just dont know if we'll still be playing by then..

In a way, this is good.
We want good AI that's enjoyable. But we shouldn't make AI that will start killing humans in the future. So too much advanced AI might be for the worst.
