MOU :BOUNCE::BOUNCE::BOUNCE::BOUNCE::BOUNCE::APPLAUD:
AW is nake on a balcony wanking!!!

Mou the moaner mourning has no say at the club. He wanted Cech to stay. He calls their best Medical physio a clueless secretary. He refused to play JT! probably for fighting Costa(training) or texting Mou`s daughter. Whatever it was....Roman walked into the locker room and handed Mou the day starting XI featuring JT

I think Ancelotti goes to Liverpool
Klopp to Chelsea
both respectable coach that I like...I`d love Ancelotti to replace Wenger!

This guy sounds soooo defensive in that interview! lol Pressure has mounted on him and he's not so good at handling it.

Hypocritical in most of what he says too. Good manager but a man with a lot of personal baggage (mental issues)! Must have been neglected by his parents as a child.

instead of trying to fix his team, he always blames referees and 'fake' results, such a disgrace !

Exactly! A players needs to take responsibility of their abysmal performance and it needs to be publicly known. I have a feeling that every time Mourinho goes to dressing room, he says "Don't worry, you guys are playing great. Good job Ivanovic with your solid defense work, no pressure on you since you are already on my next game plan. Also, if you get a goal down or lose, it's referees fault.". Honestly, this man Mourinho is a different person from the one a decade ago. So much whining and crying, just for once be honest. It's your fucking fault for not handling the team in the dressing room and keep picking the wrong players to play with the wrong tactics whilst letting the players who really want to prove themselves and actually wants to fight, be on the bench. This just sums it up to be honest.

This pivotal formation really isn't working anymore. We got a lazy Farbegas who doesn't give a crap if someone goes through him, let alone marking him and then we got Matic having to fill both the role of Fabregas and his which is making him frustrated and allowing mistakes to occur. We need to go back to 4-3-3 and just experiment with it. I mean, what could possibly get any worse than just trying out new things? Our starting line up then could look something like this

Chelsea-New-Formation-formation-tactics.png

Tactical Changes:
-----------------------------
*The gap between defense and midfield needs to be closed by making the defensive line more higher. Allowing more pressing to occur on the middle and more defensive support.

*Offside trap. Will be required since the defensive line is more higher. Terry can organize the line.

*More midfield pressure. We lack midfield pressure and close downs which allows players to easily penetrate the middle. We need ball winning midfielders like Matic, Rami and Loftus-Cheek there so we can stop attack on our defense and start a counter attack.

*More Incisive Counter-Attacks. Whenever we get the ball, we are so slow and keep passing sideways and trying to play Tiki Taka. Well it's not working anymore. We need to play more direct and higher the tempo especially when we need a goal. We need to control the match's tempo.

*Stop the unnecessary lofted passes. Since Fabregas was the only player who knew how to have the perfect over the top through passes and he is in shambolic form, we need to stop doing it and play more ground through passes cutting the defense.

*Early crossing. We keep passing the ball on the side and eventually crossing in the most predictable way. We need to surprise their defense with an early cross and allow more errors happening from their side.

Costa(with more support on left and right, he doesn't have to go on the sides often to get the ball)
Hazard(has been known to be deadly in the wing and he can just stick there and cut inside and create a havoc)
Pedro(known to be playing in 4-3-3 in Barca and is the most effective because he can sometimes run behind the defense)
Ruben Loftus-Cheek(A good solid young central midfielder with a great potential. He is a calm collected player that we need and can run forward and have a shot. Resembles of Lampard's playing style that we badly needed)
Matic(If he sticks with his role, he will be less prone of making mistakes. He was the most underrated defensive central midfielder and is ball winning and strength is what we need on the most central of the midfield.)
Ramires(He is an incisive runner and with his burst of pace can allow more spaces for Costa, Hazard and Pedro to get behind and score. He is fast that means he can quickly track back and he has the fighting spirit).
Cesar Azpilicueta(He has been our most best consistent performer. Has the pace to get forward and track back and is the best 1-1 fullback in the premier league)
Terry(We need our leadership from our captain. Although a bit slow but hopefully get a bit more covering from Matic. If we get the space between Midfield and Defense more closed, it will be easier for a player like him. He is going to organize the defense).
Cahill(He is more of a fast paced defender who if attacker get's behind him in a through ball really need to quickly get back the ball and deal with the fast paced attackers and cover Terry if needed. He can also be the ball playing defender but it's situational based).
Baba Rahman(A pacey fullback like Cesar and is known for his tackle. He had a nice game against Walsall and he is that player we really need to replace the old sluggish Ivanovic. He really wants to prove himself so why not give him a chance).
Thibaut Courtois(A great young goal keeper and has proven to be one of the best goalkeeper in the world. His heights helps him to dive into saves and his quick reaction saves is something we really would need at times).

Begovic(Although the team's performance is lackluster, his performance has always been good. He saved us from so many goals and is the best second goalkeeper we had for a long time apart from Cech)
Oscar(Trackbacks a lot and is good defensively. He seemed to lost his vision at times and often goes sideways but if he has supports and players making runs, he can have a nice through pass. Also, his wonderful goals is something we might need at times when nothing is working).
Willian(Good at tracking ball and is really pacey. His work rate is excellent but his 1-1 dribbling is like an average winger. He really needs to be more incisive rather than go sideways and we will need his free kick magic if nothing works).
Kenedy(He badly wants to prove himself and he is pretty good when it comes to 1-1 dribbling. Although he lacks experience and his decision-making is not quite up there yet, he has the fight on him that can drive the team forward. He is also pretty good at crossing the ball and maybe should be able to find Costa to head it in).
Zouma(Pacey and strong defender with the best tackling ability. He might lack experience and isn't there yet with his decision-making, he has a great potential to become a great Chelsea defender and really needs more match. He seems to be passionate and fight for the team. His pace can help Terry cope up with the through passes and runs so really looking forward to him).

I think you should play

-------------- Costa
Hazard -- De Bruyne ---- Mata

;)

You're lucky tbh. Whilst the title looks extremely difficult if not impossible, you'll still have a free run at top 4 because neither LFC or Spurs can be trusted.

Honestly, this man Mourinho is a different person from the one a decade ago. So much whining and crying, just for once be honest.

But he's the same guy as back then. Expect he was mostly winning so had a big mouth. The only time he has been somewhat acceptable was 2 seasons ago when he knew Chelsea werent going to win the league and he kept his mouth shut. Probably because the press were sick of him in Spain. Since then its classic Mourinho.....sadly.

This might result in a sacking race between Chelsea and Liverpool in order to have Jürgen Klopp.
The sooner Chelsea sack Mourinho, the better.

Mourinho has to go. He's out of order. And if he goes, I'll hope they do better (against my will) just to prove the f*cker wrong.

He is too arrogant, seems unreal at times. Seems like a pantomime villain at times.

He will throw anyone under the bus: Dr. Eva, his players, the referees... it's never his fault!
The guy ends an interview saying "if they club wants to sack me, then go ahead, they won't find anyone better. I'm the best", and so on. Seriously.

Abramovich, that's your cue.

I don't know how he says things like "I have a big ego" and "I'm the best manager" etc. He's really something. I don't mind someone saying "I know I'm good" as a sign of confidence, but not the others I mentioned.

There was another interview of the same game also where he also kept ranting on the refs and PK not given then just at the end of it he's asked what about the PKs not given to Southampton and he says no comment and quickly leaves. Lolz.

He used to be the pantomime vilain, but now he seems delusional.
Chelsea should sack him...it's clear that he has lost (part of) the dressing room and Chelsea's football is abysmal...

What told about the ref's decisions in the match against Soutahmpton is utterly delusional and a litle bit scary. You cold clearly see that Stekelenburg did everything possible not to touch Falcao and never made contact. Southapmpton should have got two penaklties (on Van Dijk and Mané, both crystal clear penalties).

offtopic-I read Mou cried When Fergie over look him for MUTD.He was dead certain to take over. Charlton said SAF never really like Mou personally.

To be honest, the nicest manager we ever had was Ancelotti. He played beautiful attacking football and Torres and Abramovic pretty much screwed his job and treated him so unfairly. I would rather have Ancelotti or villian Mourinho than the deluded Mourinho.

Am pretty sure everyone in football loves Ancelotti. Definitely rare in terms of being an eminently likeable manager!

Tbh, I never liked him in his days in Milan. Always thought he was a crap manager there and had no idea what he was doing at first. But maybe it wasn't him and was Berlusconi?
