If you ask me, CHelsea should get Cannavaro since he doesn't seem happy at inter and its one less language spoken in the dressing room

how do you know cannavaro is unhappy at inter?
i cant see him goin to chelski but then again money talks ;)
personnally i'd luv for him to come to utd, an out and out central defender would be ideal for us
i hope u dont get him!

Yeh, he'd never join your bunch of paupers would he? How do Man U stave off administration year after year!? ;)

A GIANT of a week for the Blue Boys - Our game in hand away to Birmingham tomorrow, then the goons away on Saturday. We desperately need 6 points from these 2 games to keep the Press off our backs.

The mystical Oliveira is on loan at Rennes, Prof. And Swindon have turned down the chance to loan Kneissl because he wasn't of the calibre they were looking for.

I expect they are trying to land Rivaldo......

So far this season, Adriano has been like vieri except he has shown glimpses of his ability to dribble around defenders. Image a huge ronaldo mixed with Vieri. Awesome player

Adriano is a thrilling prospect. He appears to be good at every club he plays at. In Italy, he was initially owned by Inter (he's now part owned by Parma too) where he did well at the San Siro as an exciting up and coming star. They then loaned him out to Fiorentina, were he got regular starting football. Again he was good there. At Parma, he and Mutu were a killer front pair. I've always wondered why Inter don't reclaim him. Saying that, they ar einterested in bringing him back. But i've also seen Parma wanting to fully own him too, so that they can make some big bucks off of him if they decide to sell.

He's shit hot. With Mutu he formed a good partnership for Parma in season 02-03.

For Adriano the stats read:

Stats for Season 0203 Competition
Serie 16
Uefa Cup 2
Total 18

For Mutu:

Stats for Season 0203 Competition
Serie 16
UEFA Cup 3
Total 19

So far this season...

Top Parma Goalscorers - 03/04 Goals Player
7 Adriano
3 Mark Bresciano
1 Alberto Gilardino

I was also going to say a Beefy Ronaldo, but old Ronnie seems to be liking the chocolates cakes of late too...

I don't like making predictions! Savage, Purse and Forrsale (geddit?) out tips the scales in our favour but frankly, we don't know which Chelsea will come out to play tonight.

I think a draw.

I reckon Mutu will do something special tonight. Wonder if J Cole will get the nod tonight, what with Veron "unfit," now is his chance. I hope so, i want t see the guy play, and Birmingham seems the right kind of match.

espn says lampard and veron will start with jimmy and mutu up front/

I better not see Veron in that team or I will not be happy! Joe Cole HAS to be ahead of Veron in the rankings!

Lampard and Makelele, Crespo and Eidur for me.

Well, that was crap, wasn't it? No Duff again, Geremi playing on the left, Lampard on the right, Hasselbaink and Crespo together - No surprise that we only created a couple of good chances.

The longer this season goes on, the less confident I get.......and I wasn't very confident at the start!

Still, you'd think Terry would manage to bang in a header or two, wouldn't you?

yeah chelsea suck don't they :D

Yeah, well Saturday will be a telling game, I'm sure. I'm hoping for a draw, I don't think hoping for a win is realistic. (One can dream, though)

Should Crespo's goal have been allowed though since he was off the pitch?

I thought he only had to get permission to get back on if he was told to go off by the ref??

The panel on the Premiership seemed to think otherwise
