Some great games tonight, especially the one with everything! Two penalties, two sending off's and an own goal was it?

Thought I played pretty good tonight, happy with my performance when I played right wing especially. Last game I set up two and scored as well :)

Nice to see so many people and have two full teams \\:o/

What an eventful night for me :)

I either let in goals through my shocking defending or I missed chances due to my shocking finishing - I even at one point managed to tackle one of my own players, just as he was gonna shoot and then get in the way of a second shoot all in one motion!!

I enjoyed myself though :)

Even though I didn't have a mic I could still hear a few things said through my TV - Someone mentioning my defending and finishing :( .......but it was true - so I can't really complain:)

I enjoyed the games - Think I will stick to midfield next time though.

I need to find my mic though - god knows where I put it!

Yeah, was really good tonight.

Shocking performance from me in the Spurs game, gave away a pen, got sent off and missed a pen!!

Other games were ok - hated being 'Any' as I'm probably the worst player who plays with you guys! I'll stick to one player from now on.

My highlight was the very 1st game today, a curling left footer from Yakubu!

Yeah i enjoyed tonight, i need to turn my phone off when I play though. As you could all see, I did naff all with Geremi for 100 mins, then just put one in the top corner, followed by a simple tap in. You gotta get yourselves in the positions though!

Me and Chris finished the night off with Bitter (was it you bitter?) and Flawless, in a 2 v 2. Spain 1 - 0 Italy. That was good too, no lag at all.

Im really back into 5 v 5 now :)

Yea, some cracking matches last night guys. I really enjoyed my time in the "Any" role. The last match I played in where we actually had 5v5 and no one was on any made me actually realise how shite the CPU is :(. I think we definately need to have someone on Any as it really is that bad.

Anyway, not to detract from last night as it was really good, everyone on my team had mics on too and we could all hear each other :) Kev kept making me chuckle :lol:, CW kept hacking people, and Joe kept popping up with 1 liners!

There was a quality goal that we weren't allowed to watch the replay of :(, where Bitter skinned about 4 players down the wing then, done them again, then put in a great ball for Joe to head in off the far post, it looked brilliant :).

Haha that first goal was actually credited to me ;) I was going for the ball but seen someone else and thought "oh shit, I bet we walk into each other and stop the ball on the line!" and tried to pull away but it wouldn't let me. Funny goal :)

Good games last night guys :)

One thing that keeps bugging me bout 5v5 is corners. On the defending end, I find it impossible to actually head the ball away unless you're 'locked' onto the ball, in which case your player will basically move automatically to where the ball is headed.

The same applies to attacking. Unless your the player the ball is 'locked' onto, I find I can't actually attack it.

Is there something I'm missing or is this just the way it is?

Yeah - its alot different than playing on your own - I end up zooming around the box because you are totally in control. Its hard to position them properly.

If you are playing on your own it seems to help you a bit to get to the ball.
