We should try and host a room without you first CW to see what happens, if we can all talk in there then we know what the problem is. Then there comes the bigger problem of fixing it

btw have you checked your Nat through XBL??

Yep, CW did a few pages back I think, he said is NAT is "open". EDIT: See above post.

It must be a FIFA thing, I can talk to everybody when I'm playing CoD4 or whatever.

You can on ps3. My friend does not have the 5vs5 update but he is able to play regular matches on psn.

I agree with you guys on the AI. It's horrible, especially on defense. That's why i like to have someone on the team that selects any. 10vs10 would be even better though.

Odd. Must be an EA thing I reckon. Like Jack said, I don't seem to have any problems hearing people on COD4 either (which is annoying hearing these 8 year olds with whiney voices swearing like they're cool).

Incidently, anyway I can turn off voices for anyone not on my friends list?

I think i was the only one with connection problems last night. I had terrible lag, then lost connection. In other games i was kicked off right before the whistle. That never happened before.

Oh so THAT'S what "any" does... I'd prefer to play on "any" then to be honest, you'll never get the striker's position in your life and who wants to be anything else (I actually don't mind where I go but in FIFA it gets very repetitive, especially when the AI isn't the greatest and it's not like you're working towards a league position or whatever; I wouldn't mind being an AM but that never seems to be an option, all you do as a CM is press pass and wait for the ball to come back, and playing in defence is a definite no-no)...

yer, they should be on the list of recently played against. Then you can mute from there

So you can't do a global mute? I don't want to go into each COD4 deathmatch and mute individual people, rather anyone not on my friend list.

Nope, just can't connect to you mate. Playing COD4 fine online but when I try to connect to you, it shows the room with no names and a red dot where the time is, then it says the room isn't available. Can someone else try hosting?

Oh, can a mod change my name to DagsJT? Easier for people to recognise me on XBL then :)

Must be the EA servers because COD4 was fine and I played that for an hour or so online.
