I really enjoyed tonights game despite the many little glitches regarding the voice chat.

I once again proved that I rule the midfield. No more so than in the game where I was Stevie G with my hat-trick :)

Damn voice chat is really peeing me off - can only hear CW 99% of the time, the rest I hear nothing - dont know if you can hear me?

Any ideas guys? Got 4mb connection (games never lag, so cannot be that though), Homehub, all online games run ok.

Think this is a FIFA thing or a connection thing?

Anyway, good games tonight - still cannot get over my miss when I had the open goal! Played Dynamic cam for a few games too and that was pretty good, though I dont like the way you go off-screen, harder to drop into any space.

Yea, that was class :)

Forgot to tell Bitter about my debut at the back - he'd of been proud of that!! (If you read this Bitter, I shipped 5 and was generally all over the show!)

i couldn't hear you at all lastnight mate, i was the only one with a mic on our team and it sucked!!

it has to be an EA bug or something

Not sure if my mic is broke or whatever, but the voice coming over from you lot is so inaudible, so it really defeats the object of talking back when I don't know what the fuck youre on about, and particularly if you can't hear me properly.

I'd imagine it would be hell when you have about 8 muppets on your team that just pick the ball up from deep and run in a straight line hoping to barge everyone off the ball and go one on one, which yes I know, often works.

it is the first time i have not been able to hear paul or snoop!

although i was still able to hear becanes, chris and coopz

i don't know what the problem is, but i'd put my money on it not being our routers or anything, more like an issue with xbox live playing over the EA servers or whichever way it is.

this needs to be addressed as it is fking our games up, we need to be able to communicate with our team mates, it helps our games and gives us a laff.

i thought jay had some contacts with EA, the one who is doing the fifablog. i have mentioned this once before but it was ignored!

maybe he could write about it on the blog, about people disappearing in the lobby and the mic issue, and forward it to EA or something.

just a thought , we are always in CW's room, so maybe all of the data is filtered through him or something, and he could be triggering the invisible lobby ghosts and the dodgey mics (his cunning plan as team captain to fuck the opposition up ;))

maybe someone else create a lobby next time and see how things pan out with the mic and invisibleness

Is everyone on again tonight? I might have a bash at a few games but certainly not two hours as I usually do, gonna start getting some COD4 multiplayer in too, maybe an hour on each :)

I think I'm starting to hold my own in the midfield. Maybe not putting in the goals, but defensively. CW isn't the only midfielder in the game. hehe

Also, it's funny how the winning team doesn't have the same complaints about the AI giving away the ball. Not pointing any fingers. Just making a general observation. This goes beyond last nights games.

And the mic issues really suck. They need to get that working because you really need to communicate with your guys.

I won't be on tonight. I have to work late. I'll be on tomorrow though.

Tim7 has been on the winning team, and our team do win our fair share of games. But nobody can deny the AI on BAP online is utter crap. It certainly doesn't play at the Pro level, more like amateur. It seems to not notice if an opposition player is close to them and keeps trying to dribble the ball while Coopz tackles him like taking candy from a baby.

I probably should have said the AI sucks as well. They do need to change the level of the AI. It can't be on pro or higher.

Thought you were superb to be honest Becanes! Where does you affinity with 'Soccer' come from? Do you watch the games over there?

I guess ever since the 94 World cup was here, I started watching it. We get to see the EPL over here. We actually get the German, Italian, Spanish and some Scottish matches over here if you have the right channels. I have all the soccer channels you can get over here on my satellite (3 channels). We also get most of the Champions League and Euro Championships. I watch the EPL, champions league and euro championships all the time when it's not during our American Football season. I guess I just fell in love with the beautiful game.

You even have to hold the pressure button just to get your nearest CPU player to run to the f-in ball :mad:

I'm sure it's set to amateur mode. They CPU makes some really strange decisions, is always being caught with the ball and will run in straight lines without looking for a pass even if you're open. 10v10 can't come soon enough.

I'm afraid I don't know, I've just seen this auto update setting mentioned a number of times in various places such as the EA Fifa forums, sorry for my bitchiness in replying the other day, must be that time of the month or something ;)

I cant host because when CW enters the room he crashes my 360

CW is the root of all our online problems :)
