Holy crap, that was just bloody stressful... :|

Every time I got the ball I just pressed pass, if I ever get an invite again I won't be playing as a bloody CM...

The keepers in this game are fucking terrible. Some of the mistakes our goalie made were ... words can't even describe them. The one Bitter missed where a cross comes in and the goalie tries to control it and turn with the ball ON HIS GOAL LINE while he gets tackled by Gerrard to score ... wow.

We really are so unlucky. Tim7 cleared two shots off the line in successive games, we missed chances normally I'm sure we'd put away and the goalie errors ... just not our night tonight. Thought we played well though, matched the other team pretty good and at times played a fair bit better.

Oh, cut out the cut-back goals, this is FIFA and not PES ;-)

Edit: I sound quite bitter in that post ... I don't think I am though hehe.

You do sound bitter there mate. Though your keeper saved 2 of our pens in the last game of the night so he wasnt that bad ;)

i enjoyed those games tonight, felt they were quite close

got booted in the end, lost connection to the EA servers or so it said

will look forward to next time

... tell you what the fucked up thing is, having a conversation with my team, but only the other 2 people can hear me and neither of them can hear each other

makes for some confusing conversation, no idea what is up with the mic situation but it is all over the shop sometimes

I didnt play to well tonight, although i did score in most games. I am never playing at the back again its to hard

I think im getting bored of playing up front and the centre mids are taken, i guess ill have to give left mid a go

I couldnt hear a thing for either game - stone dead silence - not even a crackle :(

Probably a good thing as I was fucking awful and was probably taking a verbal raping! I had a bad day and not really in the right mood, but thought I'd nip on and say hi.

Was having probably my worst ever game in the Arsenal/Liverpool match, then I pop up with an injury time equaliser and tuck away the winning pen - which was ok...

anyway, hope the voice chat thing sorts itself out.

By the way, I wasn't given a colour, which made it fucking hard. I couldn't see who I was on the radar, and I was playing on the Tele cam so I had no clue where I was half the time.

Does that happen every game?

the first game you played when you joined us, can't remember which teams it was. i thought you did a damn good job, i was commenting to the others and they agreed

so dunno wot u been smoking lol

LOL... ah ok thanks! Maybe it was my bad mood influencing my opinion - just seemed whereever I moved I was in someones way!

Just got an email this morning saying my Live! had run out and been cancelled!!! I've just brought a code from Ebay so hopefully I should be online tonight...

Now then, do I get Assasins Creed today, or Mass Effect next week :/

Oh yes, as Beckham in the first game cleared a point blank shot off the line from a clever quick free kick, and then as Kaká in the second game cleared a header off the line from a corner. It felt good :)

Can't believe I didn't get MoTM in the MLS game, I was completely running the game as Beckham! I did get MoTM and 2 goals in the Milan derby as Kaká though, so it's ok ;)

Good games last night guys, this mode is so addictive! OMF is definately the position for me :)

For some reason a couple of my friends cannot get this update. They have the PS3 version and when they go online it doesn't automatically download the update or give them an option to download the update. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so is there a solution?

Personally I'm going for Mass Effect. AC hasn't had the best reviews so pick it up when it's on eBay or when people have completed it.

Errr yeah, solution is to enable automatic downloading of updates in their PS3 settings, very complicated solution admittedly ;)

Yea, got some mixed reviews... I dont get much time to game though (have had Oblivion 6 months and only played 2 hours!), so I dont know if Mass Effect will be worth it... damn it!

i have got assasin creed and to be honest it hasn't grabbed me by the balls like cod4 did. most over hyped game ever i'd say

Yea, think I will - or rent it.

Such a shame - how could they get a game so wrong?! Looks superb, innovative etc... how many so-called 'next-gen' games have turned out to be crap. Bit worrying - the better the tech is getting, the worse the games are!?

I'll stick with COD4 then and depending on whether Rock Band turns up by the 23rd, I might get Mass Effect... FIFA in the meantime!

Horses for courses, yes Doublebutt Creed gets quite samey after a while but it is very enjoyable and it looks amazing, I'm enjoying it much more than COD4 which looks completely next gen but gameplay wise is completely current gen, linear gameplay, narrow corridor shooter, scripted spawning, forced choke points etc. etc. that to me gets much more boring much quicker than Doublebutt Creed :)

I think me, Tim, Coopz and Joe are working well as a 4 right now. With me and Tim running the midfield and Joe with Coopz in more attacking roles.

What was really funny last night was whoever played on the oppo didnt want to be the captain, they all kept switching out and then coming back. We are that scary ;)

Nah just can't be bothered picking the team. Plus the fact our team can't hear each other. I think the captain would have to be Bitter as he's the only one able to communicate with the whole team.

To be fair, we're a match for your team CW. We've took you to extra time and won a lot of times. And when we have lost, quite a few times it's been a goal conceded in the second half of extra time (!) but for the most part we're a good match.

Good teams I think, well balanced.

i do it purely for entertainment value to watch dags jump ship as soon as i get him to the top \\:o/

but like he said, i would rather other people do the tweaking if needs be
