Arsenal Thread

the team fell apart again. something is missing.
that article is a bit extreme and the arguments are weak, even invalid.
thing is AW does need to be a bit more bold.

ANR has lots of followers and they seem to drink the same water. I take his views with a pinch of salt. I used to read his stuff until I notice I was getting a bit over the top like our friend in here does at times. I admit I like ARSEBLOG more than any other site after evo-web :)) .

OK! Robin is out it seems ,but! this means we can move forward faster imo Robin isn`t fast and hopefully Chamahk could finish off like he started. It`s Rovers at the Emirates FFS! we need a proper hammering to lift us up me think.

Like all ex-gunners that can`t find work so they do a pires and come home. Train and hope someone picks him up.I`m amazed how wenger allows players to come n train and finds them work almost out of guilt.

I found an attacking article about Wenger. Think this is where the anger about Wenger n Arsenal and No trophies :COAT:

Didn`t get the terrified Vieira, Henry bit we sold them  We`ll sell Fab too for the right price. I think Fab n Wenger wants fab`s price to rocket it w/ a Trophy.

interesting article. i do agree on some of it though. No other manager has that much power and influance in a club, not even sir alex fergie.

Wenger is losing the plot big time. he needs to spend on proven players.

Anyways i cant see arsenal winning the title this season. it will be another trophyless season

Cesc, Theo , Song and Diaby are all back for contention . RVP will have a late fitness test just has a small bruise above the knee ,the poor nancy(screaming like cartilage was being torn apart)

Lets keep our fingers crossed that they can last for 9 games! and most of all play well. :DD

knee n ankles...Robin has the thinnest legs in the PL . His ankles are wrap up like a new born baby. I`m not aving a go but... what`s more bigger his Head or Knees?

I'm actually glad RVP made a big deal out of it (IF that's the case). You can never be too careful with an injury history like that. Plus, enough of injuries during international duty, eh?

Like I said, now let's hope for the best and hope no Arsenal physios touch him (otherwise he could be sidelined for 6 months).

yh Robin is on the squad tomorra :BOP: I`m glad Song n Cesc is back ,like Bob said "9 games left" 4 home 5 away and I fancy our away record. A defining moment in the next few weeks.

If the team pull it together and stand up for themselves , we can do this! I still believe we can win all 9 matches...its an high expectation but thats the expectation you need to have to win a title...

Of course 9 matches is a long shot, but the most vital one is the direct confrontation against United at the Grove. A must win, this one!

In Arsenal-speak, all I'm hearing is the team will do well in those matches and inevitably some stupid error in the remaining six matches will cost them the league. Go figure. My picks for "player most likely to cost us a cup" will be Clichy, Almunia, or whoever partners Koscielny in defense.

THAT IS IT!!!!
Another season without trophies.I doubt that we can win Man Utd in this race when we play like this and Man Utd play like that!!

That's it for us lads, was interesting while it lasted. We're f*cking done this season.

Hell, I preferred to see Boring Boring Arsenal when we actually won stuff. What AW managed to assemble lately is a version of Boring Arsenal that wins f*ck all.

Utterly frustrating watching this. This was Sunderland all over again. We can't beat a relegation candidate at home.

This time around AW was both a coward and stupid. Why insist in this 4-5-1 at home against one of the worst teams in the League??? 4-4-2 with Chamakh and RVP proved to be far more of a menace.
Seeing RVP moving outside the area and crossing to no one... this was like watching a crippled trying to run.

And when AW decides to have more presence in the box, he subs Arshavin and Theo! Mind boggling!
So when Marouane and Nick are there, we don't have wingers.
When needed, AW didn't dare. He could have subbed Song or Clichy or someone at the back. Especially after they had a player sent off. We didn't need all defenders in place back there. If we ever conceded, it was gonna be with an Almunia f*ck up (which seemed bound to happen, TBH).

Arshavin gets a lot of stick for being lazy, demotivated... but he was our most dangerous player by far.

Today we didn't have Denialson, Diabolical or Rosicky. So, no excuses today fellas. We were simply utterly shite and Wenger did everything wrong systematically from the start.

They didn't show heart and urgency either. There's no fight in this team, there's something very wrong there.
It was casual fancy passing until 90+ minutes. Unbelievable.

This was Arsenal's and AW's worst performance I remember ever witnessing.

United never had it so easy.

Arshavin was running all around the pitch today. All the talk about him in the Russian press must have finally rubbed off on him and he seemed more driven today. Start him again next week.

wow am i seeing things? a fellow arsenal fan questioning if AW is the right man? WOW. things must be bad lol.

the day Bobby finally agrees with me how wenger shoudl piss off is the day the world ends!

i fucking told you all AW is a clueless shit and deserves the sack ages ago but no one listened to me. end of the day you and bobby and basiclaly every arsenal fan will finally realize and agree with me :WORSHIP:

Well, as an International football spectator I think Wenger's time at the Emirates is over. I'm not saying he's a bad coach, he is very good in fact, but 6 years without one single trophy is enough. Agree with jonney in this one.
