oh yeah I think I read somewhere Theo when he was younger at school could do 100m in 12secs or something.

It was actually 11,5 seconds:

Talking of which, how's Reyes doing these days? He is a good player, but do you think he is justifying the high price you guys paid for him?

He's getting better. He had three assists against Boro (two through balls to Henry and the corner Senderos scored from) and has the most assists in the league along with Danny Murphy. He and Henry seem to have finally made a good partnership. He just needs to score some more goals, he got two over the christmas period which was good, but he only has four this season and it should be a lot more.

I forgot to mention how awesome you goons were against Boro. Its always entertaining to see a drubbing.Nike must be beaming now...Henry got a hattrick wearing the new vapor 3 for the first time.Fantastic.

The latest rumour I have heard is that Walcott and Rosicky will be joining on Friday.

That sounds good to me. Two central midfielders should give Gilberto a kick up the arse!

A mate of mine works at the training ground and that's what he is saying.

But like I always say, wait until it appears on Arsenal.com for confirmation.
well then that a rumor w/30 percent, then ,i only want to snub chelski mentally...soon money runs out, then needs to really work

What? couldn't understand any of that. something about chelski and 30%?

anyway...this transfer is dragging out a bit now, i thought it was done and dusted last week but i'm beginning to think other clubs are still in with a chance..?

riiiight. yeah i'm sure i already read that but i must of forgot. we as i said its nice to see that it is nearly there.

i think i twould have been nice to sign rosicky as well though. all the players we have signed have been really young, i guess thats our policy now...no over 21's.

Rosicky may agree a deal this week but unfotunately he may spend the rest of the season with dortmund. My german mate at uni said something about teams in the bundesliga must make sure a 'suitable replacement' is found before transferring...still dont understand it myself *shrugs shoulders*

Pienaar is joining Dortmund this summer, he'll probably replace Rosicky. I like Rosicky as a player but do we really need him? Where would he play and instead of whom?

he's more of a playmaker. a possible formation could be 4-(1-2-1)-2, with only one defensive midfielder, right + left wing and rosicky behind the strikers or something

i hate to say it,but we`re trying to sort out the mid-field,with 2-3 guys what viera did on his own...nah..wenger is building a new structure,i have some faith in what he`s doing.Arsenal will rise and prevail,GOONERS GOONERS

We'll never play with one defensive midfielder and one behind the strikers with our attacking fullbacks. When the fullbacks attack the central midfielders have to cover for them and with the other defensive responsibilities they have, we can't have just one player doing that job.

With Henry and Bergkamps game an offensive midfielder is not needed as they spend a lot of time in the hole anyway.

Not sure how this will work but the question asked on the arsenalshorts.com site was "What is missing from the new spurs badge?
