The one things that scares me is that if Bolton/Everton occupy that fourth spot, and Arsenal get Uefa Cup, who will want to move to Arsenal then? The worlds greatest play in the Champions League, and the monetary defecit of not playing in the competition next season would be too great to burden.
Sorry Wenger, but i think it's back to the drawing board, and time to buy some experienced players.
Just beat Chelsea and we could all live in peace.
umm el diego cmon man.. these young kids arsenal have are downright fucking scary, diaby, eboue, denilson, walcott, clichy, frabagreas.. i mean there loaded with young talent, next year is the year for the arsenal, they will be the leaders i think
possibly but they will need older/experienced players to balance it out, and it can be difficult to keep them when a team is going thru transition cos the older players dont have 2-3 seasons to wait for a team to develop..
hleb, rosicky, van persie, henry, toure, SILVA.... even maybe lunberg, seems like they have a nice mix of both
Wenger won't break bank

Arsene Wenger has warned Arsenal fans not to expect any high-profile arrivals in the summer.
Even a poor run of form in the league - with three defeats in the last four games putting fourth place at risk - has not convinced the Frenchman to waver from his focus on developing young talents.
In recent weeks The Gunners have been linked with players such as Marseille's Franck Ribery and Sevilla's Daniel Alves, as well as the obligatory string of young players across the continent.
Now Wenger has insisted he is not planning to break precedent and bring any ready-made superstars to Emirates Stadium when the transfer window opens.
"I'd be happy to go into next season with the same squad because we are in a growing process," said Wenger in The Mirror.
"The temptation is always there to spend but I'm more concerned with developing the young players.
"I don't think we need a big investment."
However, Arsenal will have to decide whether to sign Julio Baptista on a permanent deal in the summer after the expiration of his loan move from Real Madrid.
I have to agree with Van, it's the second season in a row we're battling for 4th, and that is not a given cert either. We're facing our great bogey team next saturday, and judging by our last performances, and the fact that we haven't scored for 4-5 games, it's looking like UEFA cup for next season.
It might be that the CL was just "one bite of an apple" to much for our young team. The UEFA cup might be the level which will suit them, before stepping up for the big one again. Mourinho did it at Porto, so the similarities are there.
News this morning is not to expect too many additions to the sqaud. From one point, you don't want to ruin the development of the youth, but from another, you don't want Wenger to go buy as a knee jerk reaction.
