what a game man, too bad we diddnt beat them, good strike by chelsea i must admiit but still hleb had a wonderful chance to make it two and he fluffed it. He is rubbish, time and time again he makes silly mistakes. our defence was making toooooooo many mistakes at the back, all of chelsea's chances were due to defence errors.

dude...are you on crack? did you not see him make the pass for flamini for the first goal? did you not see him troubleing cashley all game long? hes a very valueable player for us and he had a decent game for us today.

A win would have been great, but that was a unstoppable shot from Essien. Great foul by Cashley on Hleb though.. where were you Wiley?
 
i gotta say... Hleb just gotta learn how to finish... he was great the rest of the game though...

terrible defensive errors... bad pass from Senderos... Lehmann was... wow... first the cross bar... and i think Lampard's shot was tipped by Flamini? i couldn't see it very well from the stupid camera angles...

if we had to draw the game because of Essien's shot... then that's the way I'd like to go down... cuz it took a seriously brilliant shot to bring us to a draw...
 
Very impressed with Gilberto. He should definately be the captain ahead of Henry. I gotta respect him for holding back some of your younger players when they got into trouble with the opposition as well.
 
Yea i probably agree with G.Silva being captain, Henry should just focus on scoring and creating goals.

It was a good game, considering we had our best player, 1st & 2nd best defenders and one of our best midfielders missing i'd say we done very well.

We had a bit of luck, but Hleb should of atleast hit the target and was fouled by Ca$$hly Cole.

We just need consistency.

I agree 100%, I don't see anything good about him. Still one of Arsenals main problem even witht the inclusion of Gallas, they don't have depth of CB's. However Senderos is still only 21, time for him to become more experienced and stop making silly mistakes.
 
Big Phil is quality! He has just come back from a long term injury. Yes he had a poor game by his standards but he will come good. What made it worse for Phil was Djourou having a great game, which made his performance look even worse.

You guys watch 1 game and slaughter the lad. We all have bad days!
 
If anyone finds it, can you post a video of Drogba's diving from yeserday's match? I can picture a greate montage to the 1812 overture. Each big crescendo wham down he goes, back arched arms flailing....brillliant.

Good game yesterday and even though I would have taken a point before the game it's still gutting to let a lead go, however that strike deserved 3 points not just one. Didn't realise how good it was till I saw it on TV this morning.

One thing I do want to say is that Chelsea have the worst support I have ever heard. The only time I heard any noise from them was when they scored and when they once sang the "same old Arsenal..." song. It was really abismal.

My favourite song ever is the (to the tune of the conga!): "do do do we're not homophobic, do do do we just hate Ashley Cole!!"

Far from it, have your defence ever been anything to shout about since Campbell started having "problems", I have never been overly impressed but I did say he has the ability to improve due to his age.
 
That was a great Arsenal Vs Chelsea game.. It was very hard for Arsenal coz they were missing 4 KEY players who r Thierry Henry.. Gallas.. Rosicky.. Kolo Toure
 
Now I would just like to ask you gooner fans a few questions without anyone jumping into a fit. I was wondering if you patsies thought Henry's days are numbered with arsenal after his recent spat with Monsieur Noncealot? Also this attitude that he carries which shows he thinks he is the club. For example when he used his newspaper column to say that arsenal had to buy in January and even took it upon himself to say what players were needed as if he was the one who makes the final decision around Arsenal. His cheerleading theatrics for the cameras just to prove a point the other week against Tottenham was OTT don't you think? Now do you regret not cashing in on him in the summer when he is just reaching his 30's and slowing down? Or do you think Arsenal should continue to pander to his every whim in fear that they would become just another team without him? Feel free to discuss.
