Thought we were gonna lose eh? Eat those words mate!!! Shows you are not a proper fan cos you can't give any sort of credit to the opposition when it is due. To win the group is one hell of an achievement, according to most fans we were out after the 3rd game.

Thing is, thought you could have come up with something better than "lucky Arsenal". Hell, thats highly original!!!

Finding it hard to give credit where credit is due is the sign of a bad loser!! Whilst you were hoping that we went out, you can't deny that 3 wins from the last 3 games is a remarkable achievement, especially when it included a 5-1 in Milan.

Even the most hardened Arsenal haters must admit that it was a brilliant achievement.

I am not gonna make lots of predictions of European glory, but lets just say that I am quietly confident we can at last do well.

Cheers TB, its good we have more teams through than Italy. I think the English teams can do well this year.

Still think that Chelsea and Man U are better equipped for Europe than we are.

I think we can compete when it comes to strongest starting XI's but as a squad we don't have the resources. However if what I heard on the radio on the way home from the game last night is true, Wenger will have £40 mil to spend over the next 3 years. Here's bloody hoping that's true.

Any preference for who you want to play now? I'd like to avoid Moscow (Flights are £700!) but a nice trip to Spain or Porto would do me.

And defensive as fcuk - they are a really negative team. You'd beat them but it won't be pretty. The game at the Bridge was one of the most awful games I've ever seen - literally crowding their own box for 90 minutes.

Prague would be good though ;)

I had a great night in Cardiff after last years final, miserable as fcuk I wasn't!!!!

Thing is mate, call me what you want pal, I don't give a fcuk at what a scummer from Peterbrough says about the mighty AFC. You are just jealous of our stature and success.

As much as Jim is a knobhead, I cant believe you Arsenal fanboys are talking about giving credit when its due. All I heard from the Gooners after we won the title last year was stuff about the best team came 2nd and that we "cheated" our way to the title.
Such hypocracy, its unbelievable.

Well we were "cheated".

Remember the match between Arsenal and Man Utd last season that ended up 2-2. That baby faced fuck got Sol sent off for absolutely nothing, and that effectively ended our titles hopes, because of that cheating prick.

Waits for hutch to moan about Henry's goal.... ;)
 
yeah hutch didnt you know campbell is allowed to go around throwing his elbows and kicking people without getting punished.

arsenal fans do my nut in when they go on about stuff like this, just compare what campbell did to get sent off against simon davies at highbury before you start talking about how unjust everything is and how you were cheated.

saints fans real fans ???????? surely thats a joke. year in year out there away support has been sh*te whenever iv seen them and suddenly this season theyv got a load of new fans. what about the fa cup 3rd round last year, bout 20,000 saints fans bothered to turn up for that game but they still had a moan about their semi final allocation.
 
somebody made a list of depor bayern and stuggart the teams theyd like to avoid

add socidedad to that list..they are a dangerous side...if last seasons form in la liga is anything to go by they will give a good game

tho they have been quite dissapointing this term

fingers crossed about the draw...hopefully we'll get a good 1...like i said...NEED EVERY PENNY :D
