No I think it's a bit of both, maybe he could play but Arsene doesn't want to risk him, and we've got a perfectly capable replacement in Gael Clichy anyway, he was man of the match against Chelsea in the Premiership game remember?

Indeed I do.

I can see Reyes starting one of the next 2 games to give Bergy a rest.

Yeah I agree.
Right, I'm off round my mum's for some nice Mexican food. Laters

Great match last night. Desailly's sending off was stupid yet funny nonetheless. I have to admit, he hardly touched Paddy with the second bookable offence but the intention was there, his eye was off the ball.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned another top drawer peformance from Toure last night. He was sensational and it'll be a crime if he doesn't win the Prem young palyer of the year.

Sublime header by Pires too. He's such a valauble asset to us and it's quite sad that he's 31 and not 21 though. He's as valuable as any member in our team, even Henry.

Totally agree mate, but we didn't win, we drew 1-1 remember?

Thanks for pointing that out mate.

But, technically, you could say we won the psychological battle. ;)

Lampard has been commenting in the media recently that he's hoping Arsenal get overexhausted over the two United fixtures, followed by, of course, the second leg at Highbury. I think he makes a valid point and with international friendlies in the middle of it all, despite Henry's words, could cause fatigue. I am the worrying type and I know the matches against United are going to be two of the most strenuous we'll have had all season, so maybe that's the cause for my concerns.

Well Melchiot thinks that they can win the prem and champs league now. Crazy bastard.

Is he mad?? Lets be honest they are still in with a shout in the CL, but the Prem?? If we still had to play them then maybe they would still have a chance, as it would be a six pointer but I can't see anyone catching us now regardless of what happens on Sunday.

Chelsea FC ..... you cannot buy the title!!

<---------- Check it out, my first half century, and there's only one place I could have done it.

Well done mate =D>

I'm not feeling as confident now, eurosport.com has said Viera, Pires and Campbell join Cole on the treatment table.

Surely they can't all be injured, my theory is that if they don't play Sunday they can be pulled out of the friendlies during the week meaning they get time off :-k

surely that wont make any difference, not to arsenal the greatest club side in the known universe.......

I think they will all play, they have to, they are three players he can definately not do without! I think they'll be alright, it says they're gonna have fitness tests on Sunday, but my guess is Sol Campbell won't play in the England game next Wednesday.

have I lost the plot or something I swear I saw the Arsenal vs. Man Utd game down as a Saturday game???

I dunno whats wrong with me I could have sworn I read it somewhere down as a saturday 12pm kick-off???

what a crazy ass!!!

I was on the offcial site and its the FA cup time I read by mistake

Good decision for both penalty 'claims'.

Dumb-n-Dumba's a cunt. I've seen about three pieces of theatrics from him.

Scholes looked to have been looking down at Ljungberg's feet when he got that yellow, didn't he?

Indeed it was Thomas.

Feel a bit gutted at letting the equaliser in but that's life. I don't know why we ended the game With Cygan and Gilberto on the wings?

Good game for the neutral even though i missed most of the 2nd half walking the dog. Was it as fast paced as the first half? the speed at which it was played was emense!

Pretty much Boro. Both sides played well really. Great goal from Henry, couldn't have really prevented that.

Arsenal definetly needs another Right back! This guy Lauren is shite, played shite today and has been shite all season! :x

Even I could choose how to score that goal!

Henry was so pissed off with that, he set that up brilliantly so that Lauren could take 2 years to shoot on the keeper....
Could have been beautiful :l

If Henry could head a ball he wouldnt have to stamp his feet like a spoilt child, Sets up next sats game brilliantly now, definate penny for giggs , ref was shocking, i wonder if campbell will miss another friendly this week?

honestly tho i think lauren is a good player, maybe thats what u expect from a right back when hes shooting. Also i honestly didnt beleive that was a penalty Campbell tripped and to me there didnt seem to be much contact when giggs fell, like i said before 1-1 fair result, man utd and arsenal fans cant complain with that

This game shows 1 thing thats definately 100% true!

There is nothing between these two teams what so ever, and Chelsea need to spend another 120 million to get anywhere near them next season.

Great game, great goal from Henry and a well worked and deserved goal for us.

Roll on next saturday.
