Disappointment: One of the European teams, most probably Italy or England (because of my "biggest surprise"-prediction)
Best scorer: Neymar
Biggest surprise: One of the South American teams, highest chances to me has Uruguay; fear that Chile will fail to advance to the elimination rounds

Who will win the World Cup: Germany. The last years everyone seemed to be sure here our team will win, but at least in my impression there is hardly anyone who believes it now, so I guess the team will win it:D!
Who will disappoint: Belgium. I like the team, but for me they get too much hype, can't go right imo.

surprised many think Neymar will be top scorer...

i would suggest Fred might score more goals than him,, Neymar will be marked man n. 1 in Brazil squad imo..
