Hi badgerman. Welcome back. Don't bother downloading the PES2008 demo...it blows.

This needs elaborating on

Oh and Badgerman all you really missed is a lot of new screen shots (check WENB)and Cammeyboy still going on a about tucked-in shirts ;)

That is not possible.

I told him to stop posting in this thread without my permission.

That's it I'm on the look out, next time he shows his head i'm collaring the bast round the ear.

Lucas Niell is the Face of PES in Oceania

Cammey will be delighted, this I am sure.

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

Why do we turn lights on? To brighten a room? :P

This needs elaborating on

Dont worry, hes only messing around... its doesnt blow.. ITS REALLY REALLY BLOWS!

P.S No demo has been released :D

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

So adding Israel makes a more realistic Euro campaign? what a shit team to be added. If you want a more realistic Euro campain then other European teams should make it too. Asia with the same 4 teams FFS. African teams not enough too. South America with 8 teams, cmon konami you cant add venezuela and bolivia? Whats so damn fucking hard about adding teams? I'm getting seriously pist off.

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

I think more people in Israel play video games than the whole of Africa put together, Konami have to make potential customers a priority...

saying that Germany is a huge gaming cournty, they only have 1 club in the game and they can't even have correct player names in their national team, I bet FIFA sells millions over there!

Excuse me, I understand you might be angry, but I think you should still show some respect, that's not a good way to express yourself.

So pissed off you forgot how to spell "pissed" :)

You'd be very surprised, that's quite ignorant actually. The amount of Eygyptians, Iranis, Iraqis etc. that used to visit SoccerGaming and beg for FIFA/PES to be released in their country astounded me. That's a hell of a lot of customers Konami could grab if they just added teams instead of replacing them. They've got 9gb DVDs, Blurays and they still do this shit...

That would be thinking out of the box, maybe SWOS will inspire them in a months time

Well mate if you want to take it from that perspective then surely other european teams deserve to be in too. Also West Asian teams like Iraq, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. You have no idea how much their people are in love with WE. What about North African teams like Egypt and Morrocco? I don't know but Konami aren't looking in the right direction plus being very lazy at times is doing my head in.

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

With this New improved Edit Mode you would think they would add tons more unlicensed clubs and leagues. But no of course they dont

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

This is true, footie and games are very popular in Egypt and UAE, people must show respect for Iraq, must be a shame for these people to be left out, ah well, they always have FIFA...

don't they Konami!

I wouldn't mind them not adding more national teams and leagues as long as they give me unlimited slots or space to add teams or leagues i want in. Give me that and i'm a happy man. Like Jack said for so much space on the dvd or bluray one would think we'd either have more teams or more slots to add our teams but, no.

Full National Teams List From PES 2008

• Austria

• Israel (New)

• Australia (licensed)

So, basically exactly the same list as the past 5 years. One whole extra team. It's quite exciting.

I wonder if the inclusion of Israel is other the big surprise being referred to by freMM's cousin.

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

Is it even licensed? Or are we gonna have to change fake retarded names...

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

I am sure the game won't sell anything in Palestina.........

Re: WE/PES 2008 Next Gen - Discussions Thread (Last Update 08/03/07)

Wait and you will see more licenses (both national and club) soon...!
