Im starting to think we will be able to create every part of our Jersey. That pic w/ seabass' face had him wearing a freaking baseball t shirt w/ some crazy writing on it.

People are saying "don't worry there will be more licenses". I do not think licensing is necessarily the issue, I firmly believe most of us wouldn't care if there were no licensed teams as long as they actually HAVE the teams there, in the game.

The problem is they refuse to add in teams, even if they are unlicensed, which clearly SHOULD be there and furthermore, do not even add free slots for editors to make the game the way it should be by imposing absurd limitations meaning many people never get to play with their favourite side. I think it's pathetic really and there can be no excuses on their part this time, they've gone the extra mile with the editing suite and that's good to hear - but I still would not be surprised at all if they decide to provide a minimal number of slots to prevent whole game patches being created.

I think licenses are necessary, but is not the most important thing. While Konami give us a powerful editing tool (with a lot of templates) that let us make professional 'internal patches', I would be happy. In summary a full customizable PES2008 game.

I'm really angry that there is not more African/Asian/South american teams in the game.It's a shocker,even if in some "countries" PES doesn't sell well ,it doesn't mean that they have to remove them.How do you wanna have some proper ACN or AFC ASIAN CUP ? I guess I kinda feel disgusted that even in video games a continent like Africa is being forgotten .

Stringer Bell... I agree it is funny how Israel has been included into the game on the expense of many other more deserving nations :)

A glimpse into the future.... this time with real crowds on the edited grass and adboards. Somehow, the shot still doesn't look as satisfying as it should have been...

Dark orange and red are not exactly fun to look at.

PES is no 1 game in Egypt .. and Egypt is not in game :(
why some team has no football like (Israel , Finland , Greece , Latvia and Wales ) in PES 2008 ??

That national teams list is a COMPLETE joke.
Now I am pretty sure that we won't have Bundesliga and we will have ONLY the clubs present on J League release (J League teams replaced by nationals teams).

I agree with Lami, this really pisses me off too... a real shame. And about Iraq and Egypt not in the game, another shame.

The game could be very well, but these aspects are extremely important and it is disappointing that they don't care about them. We don't want more licenses, we want MORE TEAMS!!!

Oh well...

I honestly thought that in the next-game WE/PES, with no storage limitations (Blue Ray, somebody?), we would have a HUGE amount of teams and new leagues... how innocent can be a man... :(

A second look at the screens, I realize the short are REALLY REALLY baggy. I mean this is way beyond FIFA's baggy shorts...

Look at Turkish player #8's shorts. (far right)
And Drogba's right shorts sleeve.

These were designed for elephant thighs.

WOW!!! You're right, well Drogba's I don't think is too bad, it's baggy but I'll accept it, but #8's!!! WOW!!! Maybe they ran outta sizes? lol! you can fit 2 #8's in there!! That's probably the effect it gets when the shorts move? who knows

their trying to create the illusion of cloth movement by stretching the shorts when players run, shoot, etc. doesnt look to nice though, im afraid...

PES does look much better on the PlayStation 2 but this is the next gen thread. ;)
