No, the developers have already said that it's being made on PC, and ported over to the 360 and PS3

....and later on they said they made it on the PS3 first because it is easier to port it from the PS3 to the Xbox360.

how do u think they develop any game...out of dust? :applause:
of course they use a computer, but they program it specifically for the PS3, then once they're done perfecting it on the PS3 they re-program it (using a computer surprise surprise) so it plays on a xbox/pc. If u dont belive me check the controller settings for ur pc PES6 game. All the controls are based around the playstation controller.

Game is developed first for pc in this current (ex New gen.......) version.

Correction, not developed for PC first, developed first on a PC. They optimise the game and the features for PS3 first, using a PC.

Anyway:

PS3 version = good.
360 version = good.
Wii version = bit wacky but probably quite good.
PC version = good, with advantages for patching.

So fanboys, be quiet and read Badgerman instead, he's madder than a box of frogs!

I hope that means what we ALL hope it means.

Well most likely it does. Why?

1) We've already seen screenshots of "next-gen PES2008". Now, if by 'show' they meant 'videos', they wouldn't have said "PLAYSTATION3 for the 1st time", but would have also said 'next-gen' in their statement.
2) It is a Konami website, not some magazine looking for higher sales.
3) Obviously, they didn't specify which versions the previous shots were from, so as not to steal their thunder. To say "here are the Xbox360 screenshots", is another way of saying "it's not the best we've got".
4) Why would the version that has been developed for more than 20 months with special funding be EXACTLY the same as one that has been under development for less than 8 months?

Reasons against that:

1) Konami may be just hyping up the event.
2) Maybe they will be showing videos of the PS3 version only, with the same graphics. And so, the statement won't be wrong.

But now, since it's back on the table, the BIG question:

Could the 'Adriano shots' be REAL?

No! those Adriano shots are fake renders made last year. Do you still believe the PS3 version graphically will look 3 times better than the PC and 360? If so then more for you but be realistic! All 3 versions will look the same. How many more times does this need to be said? Perhaps you need to marry your PS3!
