Just a quick question.

You know in the previous titles when Winning Eleven came out first in Asia and then PES came out afterwards in Europe. Is it going to be the same with PES2008?

PES 2008 is getting released in Europe first this time.

i just posted that on fifa08 forum, so i thought i ll let u guys also know that it has been shown on gametrails.com, a short video (trick moves) of fifa next-gen i thing the skillz look preety good animated

I've recently been contemplating.

We spend these build ups anonymously calling each other mongoloid, pre-pubescent, knob loving sacks of pathetic sweaty fat dildoids. But I'd like to make the experience more personable

I have a particular interest in hurricanes. I particularly like it when they go into the Gulf of Mexico and go into roid rage mode and turn into category 5 beasts. I do not have a fetish of seeing American rednecks getting blown away along with their barns, I just get a raging boner at the site of massive well formed hurricanes.

This here is Typhoon Tip tha motha fukken big dawg.

At it's most intense it recorded winds of 190mph and holds the world record for lowest pressure coming in at 870 hPa (FUKKEN CRAZY NUMBER that is)

Those tricks are WOW! If only PES would include mroe tricks. PES with its superior gameplay + amazing tricks = kick ass game.

Be good if they did the tricks like new fifa, would be something special, but I hope the overall animations and ball physics are better than Fifa's as I thought they were crap in the new video, worse than current gen PES, and the crappy 360 version infact... The ball has to move realistically! But PES never let me down in that way, with Fifa i always didnt like the way the ball moved for passes or control or dribbling, seems stuck, its hard to explain just looks extremely dodgy to me!#

I wonder if ML will be open for everyone to play, infact how about this sectre next gen mode what is that, hopefully a lot of questions are answered, and we get the gameplay we want and deserve!

And hopefully ML overhaul we wanted, well we can dream! :D

Well so far we know that pes has

Two types of nutmeg
Drogba move
Cookie move (i think its the one Anderson does in a video)

Thats 4 additions plus from the teaser the step over has had a bit of a revamp so its not too bad :)

picking these two posts as non-contributing posts, thus spam, thus either dish out warnings or revoke mine and i delete this post. Considering the offensive part of my post has been demolished then it is of the same contribution standards of the quotes above.


To make this post valid I predict that PES 2008 will split opinion big time. People have looked at benchmark games in terms of graphics and seem to expect Konami to deliver that with a click of their fingers, all the whilst bemoaning minute details of master league and the crowd.

edit: ah donkey dildoids. Checking over the rules i might have flopped it...permanently (:'[) If that's the case then thank you badgerfans, we had a good time. Hopefully justice shall prevail before a get badger back campaign starts. I can be the Pro Evo equivilent of Nelson Mandela.

But have to say only 4 screens (showing Next Gen) ? amount of people going there i imagine huge lines wanting to play with only 4.

Really hope WENB can get some good footage. :)

The Fifa08 "skill moves" movie everyone is talking about:

The 2nd half of the video (esp. Ronaldinho's part) looks amazing. Even though the ball physics are terrible imo (esp. in 0:57 when the player chests down the ball and starts maneuvering it)

With PES's physics and new "close control", these skills would just be fantastic...

other things I noticed:
-The crowds look amazing, are in full 3D, look realistic, and some stand up in amazement when a skill move is pulled off (as in 0:57 in this movie)
-The grass looks great and you feel players are running on grass (top notch sound effects)
-0:44 has to be one of the most brilliant, smoothest trick moves I've ever seen performed in a soccer game.
-Net animations obviously suck. I can't believe EA can't get it right just yet.

One thing is for sure. These moves had better be so damn difficult to pull off otherwise they've wrecked their own game.

This is not dribbling ,this is over-dribbling you'll rarely see players using these kinda of crazy stuff.More like on FIFA street

Yes, that's why I hope -as I said- they are so difficult to pull off.

Also I believe most of them are signature moves, only star players could pull off (like the Rabona in PES)
