UEFA Champions League 2013/2014

My point is that a discussion is not about "winning it" but sharing viewpoints so that opinions can be based on a broader perspective. Participants may still disagree in the end, but at least it's a constructive discussion and not a pissing contest.

I'm not saying I've always been about this, I know very well what I've said, done and how I've acted on these forums in the past. What I'm basically saying is that if we all tried a more humble approach to others opinions the tone of the board will automatically become better. As mentioned, I know I've not been the poster boy for humbleness, but I'm obviously swallowing a few camels to get this point across , aren't I?

...just wait until the WC kicks off! The nutters will come out if the past WC'06 and`10 is anything to go by! Insulting ,personal attacks in epic portion. :)
 
WC is about emotion for the fans, they're allowed to throw rationality over board for a few weeks.
