The TV Show Thread

Saw an advert for this during 'The Family' last night on CH4.

In a dedicated week Channel 4 invites viewers to put on their 3D specs and celebrate 3D on TV. We’re not talking state of the art IMAX technology here, but some good old fashioned fun. From unseen footage of The Queen in her coronation year to Derren Brown and movies, Channel 4 will be offering viewers another dimension across seven days of classic and original programming. Pick up your FREE 3D glasses from Sainsbury's.

Not surprised, thought it was oke, but with the guy now being on the inside made it worse. And the fact there are so many fluff episodes that add nothing to the main storyline hardly helped.

Haven't watched it since the first episode of S2, I just lost all motivation to watch it again.

Modern Family is the funniest piece of TV I've seen since the Office.

Brilliant program, recommend everyone get on it/catch up

Saw "The Prisoner" was on last night, I'll check that out tonight I think.

Watched the CSI trilogy the other night. Last weeks regular episodes that are actually one continuing story from Miami-NY-LV. Reminded me why I don't watch Miami, feels like a MTV rap video for about half the show, with the other half being Horatio......talking.......really........slowly.

The story wasn't much, even though it had some potential, but then it's CSI so you shouldn't expect much.

Yeah the Miami part was shite but the other two made up for it, typical CSI Miami they managed to find a way to have a character from CSI LV and still make it uber annoying, and that would be everyone calling him "Dr Ray", FFS you're not children talking to your fucking pediatrician!

modern family so far my absolute favorite newcomer this season, loved the current episode with edward norton in a guest role...

My "highlight" was near the end when Dr Ray and Horatio were talking to each other. Langston started doing the overly long pauses aswell, I think it took about 5min for them to say 3 sentances. Oh and the blond bird looking absolutely giddy at just the thought of Langston coming over to Miami.

I know this is ancient history, but I'm just watching Sopranos and down to like the last 2 or 3 episodes, but what the heck.

Not sure if it's needed, but SPOILER below:-

Tony killing Chris, I was expecting some epic moment in the series killing Chris off, thought Phil might've seeked some revenge or even what I thought of Chris actually going head to head with Tony in the end, but no a crappy suffocation after the car crash. Was like 2 minutes into the episode too.:R1

Anyways, away from that, I have to say that this is the best tv I've ever watched in my puff, I love gangster movies, however for some reason never tuned in to it when it was in.

However the end is nearly there with only a couple more hours to watch. :((
