Why?

Surely we're not gonna get people trying to defend Brand and Ross...
Nope it was a stupid and very immature thing to do, but it's strange how this gets so much air time yet people get kicked to death and stabbed to death in the corner shop and it's all done and forgotten in a week.
Our celebrity worship just shows how dense the average Joe is in this country...

Why not? Because it's the minority of outspoken goons who are leading the nation again on another "Harry dresses as a Nazi at fancy dress party" overly PC circus?

What they did was foolish, but thats not what I (and a fair few others) see as being the bigger issue here...

I agree with that.

What is the bigger issue here then? :SS

Snowstorm leopard

A picture of an elusive snow leopard on a night-time prowl has won the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2008 award.

The image was taken by Steve Winter, a photographer for National Geographic magazine, during a 13-month quest to capture a perfect image of the endangered species in its unforgiving habitat high in the mountains of central Asia.

The show

This photo showing a young male lion harassing a thirsty giraffe at a waterhole in Namibia has won this year's Young Photographer of the Year prize.

It was taken by teenager Catriona Parfitt during a family safari holiday in 2007.

Trouble-maker

Italian Stefano Unterthiner's photo of a mischievous Sulawesi black-crested macaque won the competition’s Animal Potraits category.

The monkey earned his nickname "trouble-maker", Stefano explained, because it was more interested in the photographer than being photographed.

Deadlock

David Maitland's "deadlock" is this year's winner of the competition’s Behaviour: Other Animals category.

David said the photo was just a snapshot in the struggle between a tree-frog and cat-eyed tree-snake that lasted for hours through the night in the tropical forests of Belize.

Clash of Eagles

The photo of a fight between two white-tailed eagles over the carcass of moose in the depths of a Polish winter secured the top prize in the Behaviour: Birds category for Antoni Kasprzak.

The competition, now in its 44th year, is run by BBC Wildlife magazine and London's Natural History Museum.

I thought they were superb. Especially the leopard, trouble maker and deadlock. All wallpaper-worthy if they were larger.

One Earth Award - Winner

This one is, in a sense, kinda gross, but it was well taken nonetheless.

I tried making a wallpaper version of the troublemaker, tell what you think. It doesn't look to well because it has been augmented 50%...
Anyway here it goes:

Sorry to drag this back Ive not been on for a few days.

I just think it's ridiculous how much attention this has got. Every day it's the main news story, there's massive global economic problems, people getting murdered, riots in Africa, even the US presidential election that should take priority over this.

What they did was wrong, but it has been blown out of all manner of proportion. Surely Gordon Brown has got other things to be doing rather than getting involved with this incident? Not just the economic situation but like was posted before homelessness, unemployment etc etc.

And the girl is a fucking hypocrite, how can she go on about morals when she's in a burlesque group called The Satanic Sluts, has made porn films (I think) and has now sold her story to the papers anyway? She's just another fame hungry whore.

The 'public' were only made aware of this a week after it actually happened when it was written about in the Daily pissing Mail and after only recieving 2 complaints during the show, it has now reached 35,000! How sad is that? 35,000 people with nothing better to do than be dragged along by some moronic newspapers and media outlets and complain about something they didnt even hear.

Like I said, what they did was wrong but this is just ridiculous.

We all know Gordon Brown is a complete fucktard, he just wants to try and look good by getting involved and try to be the hero or something, and keep taking our money, that's all that matters to him.

I love some of the random pictures on the Sky Sports news stories.

He looks like a baby lion trying to roar, and meowing instead.
