He's been linked to Palermo for quite awhile now!

I wish he'd stay but if not.. I hope he goe to Palermo and I think he probably will.

He officially signed for Palermo. Palermo have made great signings. Diana, Simplicio and Bresciano. Theyre not the glamorous superstars, but theyre very hard working and effective.

I will watch the Serie A with attention, i like Palermo immensely...never heard about Simplicio. Is he Italian???

Disappointed Diana left Sampdoria, a player and team I like very much. I may have to watch Palermo with more attention, they could build a solid side.

Palermo already have had very good squads in past couple years decent enough to fight some clubs with bigger reps for European spots.

This summer is no different, they've made good signings to improve the team again but unfortunately had to sell some good players too like Fabio Grosso.

Hopefully this glut of players will free up players further down the chain that Reading can buy
eg. Say Lyon buy Thuram, Rennes might buy Clerc, and Reading can get Mensah? :p

I see what you mean but you didn't give the best of examples. :p

Clerc plays right back and at this stage, Thuram is only a CB and will only ever play there again and has done for a few years. (Unless in maybe maybe like a worst-case injury scenario to other players)

So buying Thuram, will not result in sale of Clerc in anyway. Plus he's young and promising and Thuram a great defender still but near the end.

But anyways I know it was just an example to show your point, and yeah good point, I get it. :)

p.s. With Italian football being in the situation it is now and those 3 clubs relegated now, I expect this thread to BOMB in the next few days :lol: with 1000 of media speculations of all those players who are now likely to leave and join all sorts of other teams/leagues!! :mrgreen:

Galatasaray signs Tromso Star

Karimi now a Galatasaray player

Tromso forward Karim Essediri has completed a medical at Galatasaray and is in talks over a move from the Norwegian side.

Adnan Polat, commercial manager at Galatasaray, told MSBNEWS that Essediri, 35, had flown to Istanbul with his manager Ole Martin Aarst.

"We were very impressed by his performance in the last year's UEFA Cup matchup and trying to secure the deal ever since" told Polat, referencing the game where Tromso got past Galatasaray in the first round of the European Cup.

Essediri has scored 2 goals in 53 appearances for his team and one was against Galatasaray.

"I must admit that I'm pretty suprised by Galatasaray's interest on me" said Essediri. "I guess that game had a long lasting impact on their collective memories."

Galatasaray reportedly payed 5.6 million euros to Tromso in order to close the deal.

Freddy Adu has said after the game against Celtic this week that he would definitely never rule out playing for the Scottish Champions.

After watching him rip us apart, we'll take him next year hopefully, or maybe someone can buy him and loan him out to us.



Where did u hear about McFadden crocit, he is a celtic fan and has a Celtic tattoo, so if he came back to Scotland it has to be to Celtic
