Ronaldinho won't leave barca for Chelsea, he is over the money thing if chelsea offered more money, and he is already in love with Barca :)
and good point that his dream is not to play for chelsea !!

Too expensive. Porto has never spent more that 7M€ for a player.
They wanted 15 at the start then 10 for Kromkamp.
Portuguese teams are not rich.
Actually, Porto made a total in the 2 last seasons of 150M€.
Around half was spent, maybe more. And Porto has debts to pay.

But I really don't have a clue if this new guy is any good. gonna have to wait and see.

If Vieira and Pires leave arsenal, it will be the end of the arsenal as we've known it since the last 5 years. :(

i agree, it would be strange seeing arsenal without them. who could replace a player like vieira in the mf of arsenal?

There's Flamini too, but he's way too young.
I think Fabregas is too young also, but if Vieira leaves, there won't be any other choice.

Vieira has accepted. The exact transfer fee just needs to be announced.

No I leave in the part of the world where it is becoming known that because Vieira hasn't asked for a transfer Arsenal will have to pay up his contract which equates to £6 million. When you deduct that from the £12 million you're offering it becomes obvious Arsenal will be left short.

This may not be true but if it is Vieira should show some respect tot he club that made him and Arsenal wont except a net figure of £6 million for him.

I think Henry will become captain and I find it hilarious the continual comments about him leaving. I can't count the number of times he said he wants to stay and people still go on!

Oh OK.

I think when he talks about financial power he refers to Chelseas unlimited spending powers.

I don't think he would actually need more money to compete with Chelsea as he believes he wouldn't go into a bidding war he wont win.
