Petrol Heads thread.. Post a pic of your car!

Saw one of these (Audi S5), the other day, man, it looks nice!

Talking about Audis! The A4 Avant (Estate) looks sweet! Esp. the sports version (or are the personally modded?) but wow!

Realised I hadn't actually posted any pictures.

So heres whats currently on our drive.

My car

Great for a first car, and I mean, really, really great. Too bloody lucky for my own good to have something like this. Though it's coming up for five years old now, and things are starting to go wrong on it, so it is getting replaced very soon with a new Vauxhall Corsa (at least, I hope so)

Then we have my sisters car:

Really like this, looks great in the sun on the road, big alloys and a stand out colour on an already good looking car? Nice.

And heres my dads car

The one I really wish I could drive. Unfortunately I'm not 21, so I can't, and my sister has, repeatedly. Soon to become my mums car, as my dad is picking up a new Jaguar XF as the company car, which basically means I won't ever be able to drive this. Damn!

Oooh, some sexiiee cars there!!! :coolpink: What Audi is that by the way?

The new TT, with the 2.0T engine, so basically a smaller, lighter Golf GTi.

your dad a hairdresser?

Well, considering he got it as his company car with the intention of buying it for my mum, I don't think so.

And even with the hairdresser connotations and such, I still certainly wouldn't mind driving it.

Don't have a picture, but recently got a Fiat Bravo Sport which is nice. I'll try and remember to get a picture and stick it on.

Techno grey colour, whatever the feck that's supposed to be...........well grey, obviously.

Nice one, I like the new Fiat range :)). Think I will have to swap the Land Rover back today for my van .

hehe..........I actually traded my Land Rover Freelander in for it, due to petrol prices (my work is moving and it'd be a killer). That ties in with the new road tax prices on it and mot due. Best to get out now..........LOL.

Well, I will be swapping my Land Rover tomorrow, but I'm not getting my old van back, I'm getting one of the brand new ones! :DD It's about 5 months old!

Just passed my driving test and looking for a car really.

I was planing to get a 1.4/1.6 Golf Mk4 maybe, or a 1.2 Polo Mk5? I'm not too sure what to get, the main problem is insurance. being 18 its gunna be a LOT!

I remember getting a quote a few weeks ago for a new Fiesta, 1.25.

Seven fucking grand. Rediculous.

A female mate of mine has a 1.4 Fiesta, so bigger engine and whatnot.....five hundred f*cking quid.

NO FAIR

On a lighter note, I sat in an R8 the other day when my mum took the TT for a service, revved it for a while. God it sounds (and looks) great

Can't wait for the official release of SEAT Bocanegra!

German (VAG/BMW/MERCEDES) and French (PSA-PEUGEOT CITROËN) cars always on top! :D

I will agree with German, but imo French cars are shit.

The French are getting better nowadays, like Citroën C4, C5 and C6 they have some german inspiration and also Peugeot 207, 308, 407 and the new unreleased Peugeot 608. ;)

They're still poorly made. Definitely can't be trusted to work properly for longer than six months at the most, especially on the electrical side of things.

That said, they're not as bad as Italian cars, or even British cars.
