I wish they would include 2 keeper kits, you have Casillas in all black and Madrid in all black, how can you spot the keeper in a packed penalty area. Same with Pepe Reina in all yellow and the ref in all yellow, small gripe I know but annoying

Nick, if they make it to South africa they will win it....but I don't think they will.

It's ironic that in 2002 they were favourites to win without a single point dropped in the qualifiers under Bielsa then crashed out in the first round. While Brazil struggled to qualify and won the damn tournament albeit after robbing Belgium in the semis or was it quarters :THINK:.

Argentina will qualify. They only need to beat Peru at home and a play off place is guranteed. They do need to get rid of diego though.

I honestly think they will make it without play offs. Just put diego milito up in front and cambiasso as midfielder and call back Roman...

Spot on I don't know why he persists with the trio of midgets upfront. Also Heinze needs to be dropped on his ass and Samuel needs to be back in the squad. He has recalled Aimar and is taking a chance with Higuain so lets see what becomes of that.

Roman quitted the national team because he got in a row with Maradona. Anyway, the national tema was too big for him, the only team he really had his best was Boca...
Three teams are qualified: Brasil, Paraguay and Chile, not completely Chile, but only a miracle can take them off South Africa. If Argentina fails to get three points in the game against my beloved national team (sigh) I guess they can wave goodbye to the World Cup since the 4th spot can be secured by Ecuador. Then the fight is open for the playoff berth with Venezuela, Colombia or even Uruguay...

Diego is a joke as a coach. He needs to go to cook meat, something that he knows how to do... a national team cant be considered serious with Heinze or Veron in the starting line up, those are corpses for football...

Everytime Argentina lose Maradonna looks like the guy in the wrong regarding his fall out with Riquelme. Argentina need riquelme. He makes them tick.

Is it me or in the supposedly WE online video above the barcelona player seems to be under BIG lag circumstances? He does passing twice in the same direction and takes ages to react, and he doesn't win any ball anywhere.

Actually, the video looks meh, with players doing the same pass to winger to cut back or cross again and again and if you look closely to the ball, there are a lot of strange gremlins happening now and then.

I had the same impression drekk....i went to youtube and watched some clips from pes3....holy crap how come konami lost its way...thanks god my beloved we9 lek is about to get a working server (jserver). I can't wait for that.

I can't even play the pes2010 demo any longer, i really get bored after a game or two.

Did you try the WE demo? To me its just the best PES game I ever played. Beats PES6 on my XBOX quite easily (imo)!
The problem with the PES demo ist, that its not responsive and fluid enough. Also too slow for the short playtime. The WE demo is a bit faster and a whole lot more fun, trust me!

It does look good but why the f%$@# would you play any football game like that, surely that can't be Caniggia. The guy playing with Barcelona is particularly pathetic, and if memory serves correctly he is leading 2-0 :BRICK::BRICK:

Also there is a slide tackle from the side and the player falls on his ass as if he was bumped from the front, which is another pet hate.

Then we have not watched the same clip...there are missing transition animations all over the place, the ball looks transported, there are glitches, pace is arcadish to say the least...and yes they play like crap with the same moves over and over.

And don't let me started about the same corner goals we have been scoring for ages on the 1st post...7 defenders and 3 forwards and the forwards alwasy manage to win the ball!!!! That's not the pes we have come to adore!!!
