Last year was 22 August; game released 12 September so that's about three weeks before.

Three weeks from release this year is 7-9 August, so essentially any time. Unless it's linked to Gamescom and will be released then?

85% of the brazilian league is good, hopefully means that the big clubs at least have real players this year. Santos, A Mineiro and Gremio would be a upgrade.
