Managed to get online over lunch, and tried out a match on myClub.
Visually, there's no lag. But in reality, there's a fucktonne of input lag. Dribbling past someone (on purpose) is impossible because you're having to predict where the other guy will be in a second's time.
No point in trying to play actual football either, check this out - 30 seconds of me trying to hold the ball and patiently look for gaps, followed by 8 seconds of him pressing "through-ball" and scoring:
The entire game, he was pressing the "pressure" button, and it didn't affect his players at all (in-fact he ended up scoring 3 goals in the last 15 minutes with players who should have been dead on their feet by that point).
Every time he had possession, he'd just press "through-ball" to a winger or a striker, and he'd usually end up with a goal at the end of it.
I don't know why I expected it to be any different this year, but...
Total waste of space online.
