Back on this tonight and it's such a good game.

Every match is different. I've played teams who just wanna kick the shit out of me, teams playing keep ball, teams playing long ball and just now played v PSV and they kept feeding Narsingh who ran my LB ragged for 90mins.

I've scored a save worthy long ranger with Denilson at Cruzeiro, skinned 3 players with Dembele before dinking the 'keeper, missed a sitter from 5 yards out with Ben-Yedder and then had trouble creating against a pacy PSV.

Every game was so enjoyable.

Can't wait now till' Friday, I'll be getting a bottle of red in and starting a ML.

Beat you to it mate, a bottle of red (Portuguese) yesterday and yes ML on pes 17 is special

Hardly drink to get drunk these days, a couple of glasses of red a few times a week (yes today as well) nowadays.
Respect your choice buddy, alcohol and the day after if drink to much is a bad trigger for me.
Apple juice is just fine❤️
 
My ML session is going to have to wait till tomorrow, got roped into playing GTA online with the kids tonight, survival games after a few glasses of vino is interesting 😂

Hello Guys. Where can I find an option file for PES 2017 for kits, correct names etc. I play it on ps5 with my son and looks very enjoyable.
 
Re installed this today and played a game on my Milan ML (5th season) and it just hit me how superior it is Vs all other Pes games released post PES 17
The CPU doing things you haven't seen since (maybe on 18 as well at times)
How fluid it feels.
Man, it's going to be hard returning to my ML on Pes 20 after this

Again this is genuinely the only PES in recent memory where I can consistently just sit back and watch my AI teammates work and create chances themselves. It's the best bit about this game.

Very true buddy, and I get amazed by all the unpredictable stuff the CPU does, the other day a shot from pretty much the halfway line, out of the blue.
Such a great game

That game is the reason I stopped playing as a striker in saves. Played at Juventus and Higuain carried me. Played at Atletico and Torres/Costa carried me. Played at Barca and Suarez carried me. It became so much fun playing next to a proper striker that I stopped playing it myself. In a lot of other games, you need to be the main man to win because the AI is often lacking. But in this game, it was nice having the confidence to know that my teammates were more than competent to win matches without me.

If you're lucky you can find new season on youtube or just scroll few pages back, there's one guy who made an update for 19/20 season

OK thanks, I'll take a look at the last few pages. All the recent ones I saw on YouTube previously don't specify which platform they're for so I am assuming they are all for PC only.
 
For me playing older games, one of the things I love is the fact that you're playing with the teams/rosters from that era, a prime Messi etc etc.
I know some like to have an updated game, but for me it's much more fun having it the way it was, and then see how teams evolve
Can't wait to get home from the gf and okay some pes 17 later on
 
It is a cool aspect of playing older games. In fact it's such a cool aspect, NBA 2k added the ability to play different eras.

Plus updating rosters isn't really that ideal and can be time consuming. Not to mention having to start a new save.
