PES 2016 News & Discussion Thread

These changes are good, it looks like Konami are really starting to listen to fans, and therefore these game can go forward a lot in next years if this continues.
 
ML Layout I like. Hopefully they'll have an option to turn off celebrations. Never liked them manually on FIFA.

Gameplay vid pls and stadiums, hopefully more of them, unlicensed generic ones if they can't get the licensed ones. To play ML you need at least 50 stadiums for it not to feel repetitive.
 
Manual celebration ?

Thats bad news for me.

I hate the silly Fifas celebration.

They should work better on the exissting ones that are signatures of players (Messi doing Messi celebration, Neymar doing Neymar celebration etc).

Manual celebration takes the authencity...

The teaser trailler showed 2 new stadiums, Arena Corinthians and Beira Rio(SC Internacional stadium)... lets hope we get some more!

dont use them. thats it, great addition imo. copy everything FIFA did right is smart move
 
PS4 Image Importing – Edit mode is synonymous with the PES series, and further updates have been made to this hugely popular mode. PS4 (and PS3) users are now able to import images into the game perfectly replicating any team kit or emblem the user wishes – including managers.

I can see Adam's fingerprints on it.

Lets all praise Adam for the good work. That is the man, the PES Messiah!

Its great news, but i haven't heard anything about importing option files, as if different save names with all teams and fake players fixed etc for the PS4..
 
Am I the only one hoping for more cutscenes? 2014 had an excess of them, 2015 had rarely any. They haven't changed much since the previous gen.

Also with manual celebrations...at least they will be somewhat immediate an attached to a goal for a split second, rather than a out-of-place cutscene like 2015's celebrations.
 
I like Peter Drury but the script is more important.

I hope he was in the room with Beglin whilst recording.
 
If PC is the same as PS4 and Xbone(no input lag, same turf and graphics) then Adam is the best community manager. All the rest of the things from the interview fixes all the issue.

Or maybe not pressing any button means it will make the automatic celebration ?

I hope it is smooth. I mean I dont want to see that the game is like waiting for me to press any button to do a celebration. I want players to react as soon as the ball gets in the net.

If thats not the case, it still is a bad addition for me personally, even if its optional.
 
Looks glorious, though I'm concerned about the importing images feature, are a gonna have a silly limit of of shots we can import into? Hoping for some stadium news too.

Tbh, I have no idea how these things work.

Maybe it needs a system update made by Sony ?

Lets hope they do it.

What do you guys think about the release date ? Isn't It too early ?
