Its just hilarious how people pick on the same things again and again. Training had always been different from real matches and yet people harp on about it forever.

Anyway, PES 2014 with some improvements will just be a tremendous game. Less than 1 week with FIFA 14 and I'm already bored by the mindless gameplay (offline).
 
Can someone tell me how to shield the ball ???????
I just want my player keep the ball for a second to make a good pass but CPU always takle once I recive tht ball and my player is out off ballance ?

i suppose some guy closing my thread about the net physics wraps it up as to how the english people think, and they are stubborn when it comes to net tension and physics, and they are so wronggggggg.

yep, wrote that some time ago, and imho there is too much right stick use in the game
tricks, player switch, RB/LB? + RS for this new first touch turn stuff, barge with RS in off and def.

thing is, barge and first touch turn are way too good not to use
game is like build around that, u miss out half the game not using it
= RS abuse galore in this game

but maybe its just me..

this is another soul being taken away from us year for year, a simple yet deep and intuitive control system
for me one of the core elements of old pes

what difficulty are u playing at? camera setting? assist setting?

i recommend u try ML, i'm playing using jenkey tool, gamespeed in jenkey tool 0.5/

camera:custom=2 angle/10 height
pass assist 1
basic and assisted team mate,through ball and shooting etc.

why you decided not to go -1 in-game?

sadly i have no interest at all playing ML, i need confidence in my play to start any game mode
and i wait for the ps2 adapter, cant stand playing this game with the 360 pad
 
changing cam helped quite a bit, thx for that input ram
started off with wide then settled to custom 1-8-2, better overview, more time, less crowd/stands and feels just better

still this RS barge is way overpowered imho, i can literally forget about defence and when a striker is through i catch him fast and use barge, best and easy way to win 1v1 battles in def.
they need to balance this out, can someone twitter to this adam guy..

From my experience, 8 out of 10 times ref gives a foul when you use shoulder barge. So it's not overpowered at all as it comes with a price if you do it in the penalty box.

Does the player you push off fall? I noticed almost every time I do it, the other player falls and ref gives the foul then.
 
no, no falling
i try to use the barge on the very first contact, its almost a slight body check
first its hard to pull of because u need to sprint directly close to the player and at the same time place the RS barge right towards him

but after u learn it its effective
 
They've done something in the last 3 days.

Lag is going, if not completely gone.

...and I'm not suffering as many disconnections before the game.

Much better.

Has anyone got a a goal from a corner kick from the CPU? It's like even if I don't press anything the CPU can't score from corners.

This coming from past titles where 90% of goals the CPU scored were from corners. This is how KONAMI fixes things

playd a few more games, it doesnt even matter what defender you are using barge RS, can do it vs drogba doesnt matter anything
its so annoying..
they introduce a feature again thats unfinished..

drogba has like 5 meters edge over my defender X, 1 second later i'm in reach and do the barge like explained above and drogbas chance is over..

every second goal i get(very few i get at all) is due to keepers unable to secure the short corner

i agree on that, not one goal came from a corner, although i had too many corners against.

good to hear that, i see it's the best cam for now, u can see everything on the pitch better, play better, less crowd surely.

u can't disable the gamespeed in jenkey tool, it's default at 1, i'm using the tool for better responsiveness, aspect ratio fix.
 
@ramgamer: When i used Jenkey Tool change the gamespeed into 0, the sound was gone/muted.. hope he will fix it later..

What's with this right stick first touch? What does it do?

Also, how are you guys shielding the ball? I find it impossible!

Players just come trough he back of me without a foul being given.

Also, I see this player body shift thing quite a lot online but have no idea how its done.
 
I had match Manchester United - Legia Warsowia . I chose Warsowia ,both form and heart set to green. I can say there is no difference between Nani and unknown Legia Warsowia players. Konami reduced all stats to the same level. I hope Jenkey will solve this problem otherwise game will be very boring just like ,,other'' games

So you mean, playing with legia's attacker will feel like playing with van perise, rooney, Kagawa, etc ? :CONFUSE:

Nope, it is obvious different in PES 2014 i've been playing. Using, swansea my self in ML, i see my self more competitive againts similiar rating team, compared to play againts Chelsea, Arsenal, etc.

Even in 2p offline with friends yesterday, playing as manchester and real madrid, i can tell my self, it feels different. A unique turn, move, Ronaldo pulls out can never be achieved with current MU's player, and playing with madrid itself feels like they are more ready to use :P
