PC PES 2014 discussion thread

Massive downgrade more like it mate. Windows 8 is appalling, Windows 7 is the best OS MS have ever done!

Oh yeah, Shopto.net have lowered the price of PES 2014 to £19.85 :)

Nice one, Shopto. :)

And yeah, I don't like the look of Win 8 at all and I agree that Win 7 is MS' best ever O/S.

My pc specs currently are:-

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition, 64-bit
GeForce GTX 560 Ti
8.2 GB RAM
Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz(although say's it's running at 3.80 GHz)

assuming that should be able to run pes 2014 without much hassle?

Don't think you'll have any problems with that setup.

System requirements higher than expected :BOP: :

I think that something is seriously wrong with this announcement.
Look at supported chipsets!? x1300, x1600, x1650? 800x600 compatible monitor!?!

In that case minimum sys requirement should be for example:
- Windows XP SP3
- Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.0GHz / or equivalent
- 2 GB RAM
- x1650 256MB / or equivalent (for lower resolution)

Recommended sys reqs are ok, except for recommended 1280x720 (bit too low)

Guys, I would like to hear your opinion on this.
Thanks.

Need some help/advice from you people who play PES online on PC.

Been thinking of buying PES on PC this year, but since a only play online i wonder if this is a wrong move? My question is if it´s easy to find players to play against?

I usually buy the game on PS3 and there´s no problems on finding a oppenent.

Thx/

a question to the guys that knows better about stadiums, is it possible to change the addboards of the original allianz arena on the game, also changing adverts next to goal to the real ones?

Where does that come from?

PES2014 are in the process of being decoded so stadiums from previous years/user made can be converted, so that might allow us to have those stadiums. But it may also be the case that the stadium files are still in the game, and so unlocking them will be a possibility.

found that from WENB ! have a look there. ;)

I really hope so. Last year I was elated to learn about the full 20 Primera Liga stadia, then crushed to hear that league mode had been removed. This year it's the other way around.

If we get these stadia back I will be in heaven.

There are many very talented stadium makers who can change specific things you asked for and much more then that. Look at this curved adboard from Cui_ruby’s Emirates (PES 2013).
Absolutely amazing!

Is that a generic nVidia card Aitken ? ASUS CUII version which I have is supposed to be better performance wise/cooling but otherwise having an i7 Ivy Bridge CPU I am in a similar boat performance wise and it should be more than enough. :)

Well, they're not exactly adboards, but just another stadium object that looks like an adboard wall. The real adboards are the white ones, and in PES 2013 you can change their content, but not their model.

Now in PES 2014 the adboards 3d models are the same as their real-life counterparts (We've seen this in Allianz Arena, Old Trafford and Vila Belmiro).

yep looks amazing, but the he cant remove the other addboards in the pic?

I'm quite positive that in PES 2014 modded Allianz Arena will be as real as on TV during live coverage. ;)

why their gallery is empty ? :CONFUSE:

This picture was posted before stadium was released. Stands are not empty in game and it’s one of the most beautiful stadiums I have ever seen in video games.

Yes, you are right about that curved adwall – still, it is really amazing.
Really looking forward to PES on PC this year.
