@ Tom yeah I forget how hectic it gets around here so no worries

@ superleeds I will be more clear next time but at the same time all I said was "you know what to do" to a known modder/fixer and all round make the game better person and you jumped to the wrong conclusion and threatened dish out bans you could of just as easily asked for clarification if you didn't understand but hey no harm no foul

Don't be silly - do you seriously think the game can run on Xbox 360/PS3, but not the average half decent gaming PC? Not only will it run on PC, it'll look a lot better as well. ;)

Ok guys this is going to be a bit of a downer post and is about master league.

I'm sorry guys but it seems that the whole mode has been striped down to shreads. No manager creator, no staff roles(coach,scout etc) very,very basic training options, probably worse load times and literally 0 depth. I'm seriously wondering why anyone would be able to play in it long enough to change club. You might aswell be playing league mode with transfers. Then there's the transfer money issue we had a couple of years ago when top players were going for little money. I bought alexia Sanchez for 10 million and sold Ashley young for 10 etc that same crap we had a couple of years ago which I expect konami to patch probably day 1. Anyway there is no separate manager section to look at your individual records or how your teams have done or how highly rated you are or agents or anything. It's as barebones as a mode can be. In a year where we have seen great depth in fifa's career mode I really hoped konami would have made this a hidden gem but unfortunately they have instead brought in stuff and taken all substance away.

Btw this has nothing to do with gameplay as my feelings on that are positive. But it's a huge downer playing this mode which is really the blandest manager mode I've played

My anticipation for the game has just fallen through the floor. No matter how good the football itself, without a nice deep mode off the pitch, I'll get bored.

Konami, it's time to throw ML out and replace it with a proper Career Mode like the other game. Not strip it to the bones!

Incidentally, why has this forum seen fit to lump us in with the prehistoric PS2 and similar machines??
 
i'm willing to overlook the lack of work to the ml this because of all the work they've put into gameplay and overhauling everything but I know what you mean a deep ml would have been the icing on the cake

Mmmm. I don't know if I'll be able to do that. I need depth on and off the pitch to really be happy with a game. Still, haven't tried the demo yet: the football might be so good as to overcome even that shortcoming. ;)
 
It's a promotional copy for gaming journalists, pretty sure it's legit. They need to review the game before its release after all :)

I love Band of Brothers. Not to glorify war, but Captain Ronald C. Speirs like a lot of the men in BOB, was as badass in real life as he was in the series.

Dunno why the HD7770 wasn't on the list, because the HD5770 is much older than the HD7770 but is listed.

If the older video cards was present in the list then you'll have no pb. Your setting is good for PES 2014

I have seen absolutely NOTHING pc NOTHING ..
I do not want to be pessimistic, but I see no information on any side, again, I live in Buenos Aires and around the world play here in console. stores know nothing pc version, and can not find information anywhere. to think

I'm very surprised at how quickly you took the impressions of this person as gospel. Adam openly responded to this via Twitter. He also outlined all the wonderful depth that the mode had. THe man making this claim had not even delved fully into the mode.

Here is Adam's response:

Sure, it's not great. I came in mid production and the team told me they had a focus list of things they could implement, so we concentrated on implementing national and club team management as a priority. But your impressions are way off.

And people will see that too. You bought Sanchez for 10mil because he was transfer listed, or available to purchase? Same as PES 2013. The % things comes into account when trying to buy players who aren't available, as well as team ranking.

The other items were removed based on feedback. Not much I can do if people say the secretary and coach are annoying. The training is based on the PES 2011 training, which was used this year with the removal of boosting.

Club change is based on how you perform. Do poorly, and you'll be sticking to your league and maybe get a choice of other countries. Do well, you'll have a choice of clubs throughout the leagues in the game.

Club World Cup added.
Club change added
Player development fixed (no one going over 99 etc)
International management with all cups added (Europe, WC, AFCON, ASIAN ETC)
Heart (makes all games significantly different)
Able to purchase player across continent
Loads of new cutscenes and moments throughout a season

I would say this: the mode is definitely not all I want from a career experience. Definitely have higher expectations. But, it's a million times better than PES 2013 ML.

Feedback welcome as always, but I'll be getting all feedback from Asim/Suff/Nico from now on. Extremely fed up from coming here and it being the polar opposite of what the majority are thinking, and seeing odd disrespectful comments from users I've blocked on twitter, or even ppl all nice to me there and two-faced here. (not aimed at you Mancan, just to be clear)

I Agree, here in portugal the stores are unknown, still no date or anything about PC.
Consoles, that is a nother story.
I'm going to Kill You Konami, if this is real. :RANT:

In other words, Konami didn't send any party packs to PC players.
