That's not the point.
The point is that, if you invest in a proper gaming PC, you get a proper media center too. It serves as a multi-purpose platform, something you don't get out of consoles.
Besides, the longevity of a PC is way bigger than the longevity of a console. I think that, once you get around to build a PC, not only will you see a great benefit in the graphical department, you'll see better framerates and resolutions and, overall, you'll enjoy playing the game the way it was developed rather than playing a dumbed down version of it.
Overall, investing on a PC is never a bad deal. You can't justify having a proper gaming PC because you own a console and you think that investing in a gaming PC exclusively for PES is not worth it. Tell you what, PES isn't the only thing it runs
Invest in a gaming PC. The problems with drivers you see are the exception to the rule, owning a PC is like owning a console, only much more versatile.
Stop thinking a PC is only for gaming and then you'll see the PC's worth.
Don't spend a penny on a PS4. Spend it on a PC.
PS: I was a console gamer up until 3 years ago. Consoles were the shit. Got a proper PC, never looked back.
Consoles are peasant now lol
